Me and my wife paid over $2,000 for a TV and waited for 2 weeks for delivery because that's their earliest availabilities. We were just told that "they cannot find TV at the store", they cannot deliver it today, and they cannot promise when it's going to happen. Most ridiculous, aggravating experience I've ever had.
Me and my wife ended up finding a much better deal at Sony website (with 2% cashback from Rakuten). We also bought the tv mount with mounting service at Walmart for a fraction of the price - so I'd recommend just taking a look at the store and buying somewhere else.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. The experience I had while shopping for my personal account/use is what triggered this review.
As a small business owner in the local area, I have consistently relied on this establishment for my tech needs, purchasing a minimum of 10 iPhones for my employees every year, along with several large-screen TVs and other tech for my establishment.
However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed with how I was treated by the blonde female at pick up counter. The customer service I received was far from the standard I had come to expect and appreciate.
Not only did she have a major attitude with me from the moment I walked up to the window, but when I asked about a phone case, she would pick up the box and the iPhone I was going to purchase, and instead of placing it back down, she let it drop on the hard counter at least twice! No customer should experience any of that disrespect, let alone a regular one.
When I asked for and spoke with the manager, he was obviously unconcerned, and though not rude in any means, he asked me what I thought should be done? Really? You're her manager yet asked me how to do your job? Strike number 2.
Given the volume of my purchases, both for personal and business use, I expected a certain level of professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my last visit. The lack of respect and being talked to like a dog because I asked a simple question, was surprising and unacceptable.
This experience has led me to reconsider my choices. I have decided that I will no longer be using this location for my personal or business purchases.
I hope my feedback is taken seriously and that no other customer has to experience this.

It seems that customer satisfaction is at the bottom of their list. I've had to return to the store twice now after receiving the wrong item, two times. The only thing the manager could say is," if I had sold you the item it would be different, but since I didn't there's really nothing I can do".

Had purchased many items from Best Buy florence in the past and last week we Went in to purchase a cannon camera and the camera we are interested to buy which was in display is not working and did not have a chance to check the item and we place online order and after checking it the picture quality was low and had to return it.
The worst part is the restocking fee which was 105$
Will never shop at Best Buy as it does not have customer service and satisfaction.
