Bought a 2012 civic from them over memorial day weekend. Chris answered all my questions and was good to deal with and his wife was great getting all the paper work completed since we were from Ohio. Have no issues with the vehicle everything works as per there market place add.

Called to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone just kept saying to call back tomorrow. I explained that I would like to make an appointment. Apparently she couldn’t do that and there was no one there to transfer me to and to call back tomorrow. Nah I’ll call someone else instead. Looking at other comments this matches the other about unorganized.

I would highly recommend Bodies by Mike.I took my Honda CRV to Mike with damage on the passenger side that ran the length of the vehicle.Mike and his son were very friendly and got me a quote within 15 minutes.I was very happy with the quote as another body shop in the Richwood area quoted $3,700 more than Mike's quote.The repair was done in less than 2 weeks and it looks like new !!! ... A great family owned business.... Great service @ a great price 👍👍....

I would give no stars if I could. I walk into bodies by Mike to a lady at the counter, mind you I’ve already called and have been told to come up for an estimate on my car. I told her I was there for an estimate and she says I don’t think we can do that, I told her no I just talked to the guy and he said come up. She gets on the phone and calls her mechanic I assume and said did you tell this guy to come up here for an estimate in the pouring rain? So the guy runs out in the rain and takes multiple pictures, she makes me write my info down and says you’ll be getting a email from us. 2 days pass and I make a call up there to see what’s going on, I knew it was her that answred, she goes are you the one that came up in the pouring rain. Like yeah matter a fact I am him, well long story short, they hadn’t even started the estimate. Like I have time to just be driving my wrecked car around with three kids. I walked into Honda for my estimate and was out in 5 minutes, Ernie’s in Erlanger was out in 10 minutes with my estimate! This is the difference between good and bad business. Might want to reconsider who’s sitting at your front desk bodies by Mike. She’s not the one.

I highly recommend Bbm to anyone looking for a good reliable used/salvaged vehicle. I am very happy with the quality of the 2012 Toyota Camry that I bought from them! Friendly and knowledgeable people to deal with.
