2017 WRX . My son hit a small animal , and we needed a new front bumper cover painted and installed . In and back out in three days . These guys re installed my front lip , front splitter , and left fog light at no extra charge . I really could not be happier with the service . Quick , and done right . Zero complaints . I 100% recommend them . Super nice folks . I will be using them for all future body work .

I have an 04 Tacoma that was wreck and had local shops said would cost 7 to 8gs to fix. Mikes came in and fixed everything only leaving bumper left which I can easily do and saved me thousands. Great job and Thanks Mike and the crew!Services: Painting

Only dealt with them after they towed my car (and several others) at a kids football game lol I get it - I was in a tow spot. I take FULL responsibility for that. My issue is - those were newly added tow spots... And our league has parked there for YEARS, if not DECADES. Muscle memory takes over at a certain point, where you park in the same spot you always park at and go. I feel like a decent business owner/human being would have walked the 1/2 of a block to the game, told the people at the front gate, and we could have made an announcement over the intercom that they would be towing cars in 10 minutes (or whatever) if they didn't go move. Nobody was blocking driveways, or blocking cars in, or in the way of anything... They just towed the cars to a local liquor store and made us pay $100 in CASH ONLY to get them back lol. The whole situation felt slimy and scummy to me. I apologize for not seeing the sign in the first place. I truly do. I parked there for years before it was a tow spot, but I won't make that mistake again. I guess call them for all your towing needs though - they don't play around lololol.

TLDR: The shop is disgusting and unorganized, they have terrible communication, and worst of all, they don't treat parts with care. Expect however many weeks you are estimated to turn into that many months before your part is finished, albeit with trash in the paint and probably covered in layers of abrasive dust. Don't expect all the work you requested to be done, and you'll be lucky if they don't lose something of yours. As someone who knows cars, knows quality paint & body work, and knows auto repair professionalism, this place falls short of any benchmarks.I called ahead of time and gave them information on the job that I had, which was painting multiple pieces of a bumper cover that's supposed to go on a 2018 Mustang (this particular one, a very nice car). The bumper cover would be professionally reinstalled by us (my dad owns a performance shop and we have experience in paint & body work), and all they had to do was paint the separate pieces. They told me to bring it by so they could take a look. When I brought it by, I was assured it was something they could do, and it would probably not be touched for a week or two, but could be done in a couple weeks after that. This was in the beginning of May.I made it clear that I would pay for any additional work involved in prepping the pieces to achieve the best finish possible, as there were some existing scratches and imperfections, but nothing that couldn't have been fixed prior to painting. They agreed and said they'd call me with updates.A few weeks passed without any updates, so I stopped by to get a gauge on any progress, and I see my bumper cover and all the pieces still sitting in the show room. They assure me it'll be making its way into the rotation sometime soon and that (again) they would call me with any updates.Another month and a half passes without any updates, so I ask my dad to stop by (I currently live out of state). He gets taken back to the bumper cover since they had questions about which parts get which paint colors (I don't know why they couldn't have just called me in the first place, plus, how long has this been delaying the progress?). My dad finds out the place is an absolute mess in the back, with layers of grime and dust on the floor and all over freshly-painted parts. The place was completely unorganized with parts scattered all over the place, some body panels laying on top of others or up against other pieces that were definitely coming in contact with each other. The paint booth was being kept wide open and had a similar amount of trash along the floor. Despite this, we decided to allow them to finish the bumper cover since they already had everything in primer.Another week or so passes and I call them to ensure the bumper would be done by a specific date when I would be returning to the area. Instead of giving me a straightforward answer, they said, "Well when do you leave?" as if I haven't already been waiting long enough. I told them the date, and they said, "We should have it done before then." Still without any update, I arrive back into town and come by the next morning, ready to just be done with the entire scenario, ready to take the parts back and just finish whatever is left ourselves. Everything was "finished" and was brought out as shown in the first few pictures, covered in abrasive sanding dust. Instead of moving the freshly-painted parts to a clean area, they kept them in the back of the shop where they were doing other prep work. They ended up not painting four of the parts I had dropped off, one of which they actually lost, so I had to order another (at least they reimbursed me for the cost of this part). We get the pieces back to our shop and clean them off as carefully as we could, only to find a ton of trash in the bumper, runs, scratches, and clear signs that they didn't do any requested refinishing on the pieces prior to painting them. It's unfortunate that they didn't deliver in the ways we were told they would (

I just recently had a new bumper painted and installed here and it came out great. The paint looks really good and I'm very happy with the quality of the work done. The only thing keeping this review from five stars is the communication. I had called and was told my quote would be adjusted and after telling me they would email the new quote I never recieved it. Additionally when we went to schedule I was told I would drop off my car for a few hours so they could get a paint match to ensure the new bumper was the correct color. We never got a call and when we called later that day we asked if we could just pick it up the next. We called the next day and were told they had started on the paint already and were going to install it that day. We picked it up around 3pm and it looked great.I believe this business could greatly improve from some more rigid time management as well as protocols for communication that keep the customer better informed on the status of their vehicle.Service: Painting

Took a 07 ram for rocker and cab corner replacement. Only mild rust present. I was shown the new panels and they explained how they take long straws and undercoat inside the panels. The work looked good, the truck was a lil louder but after only a year rust showed up on the panels. I took it back and the response is "that's why we don't do rust anymore" and said they would throw some more paint on it. Not satisfied I left and performed a better inspection. What I found shocked me. No undercoating at all was applied. The truck was louder becuase the cab corners were left open on the inside allowing noise and dirt to enter the cab. I went back to discuss and they just denied my claims but still offered to repair. No thanks. If your car has ever been repaired here chances are it looks good a first glance but a better inspection is warranted.Service: Painting
