Love my floors. Had laminate put in our home and am very happy with the quality of work and material. Customer service was great and Steven made sure things went smoothly. Would defiantly recommend them for any flooring needs. Installers were great and got the job done correctly... thank you for a beautiful floor...

I've had Buddy's install carpet for us twice now in two different locations in our home. Both times everything from the flooring selection to the customer service and installation were perfect. This most recent time my sales person was Mia and she was great! The carpet installers were professional, quick and did an excellent job. The whole experience was easy and hassle free and I would definitely recommend Buddy's to anyone.

I didn’t know exactly what I wanted for my new flooring. Steve was absolutely amazing in his knowledge of the products, ideas for flooring that would match what I already have in my home as well as what will withstand grandchildren and pets for years to come. The selection of flooring products was extensive compared to other businesses I had shopped. I highly recommend Steve and Buddy’s Flooring.

We were very satisfied with the quality of work our installer Brandon did for us. He really took his time and even went above and beyond. I wondered how the flooring would be placed near a tile insert by the fireplace. Brandon took the time to cut a groove so the flooring could fit right in. This removed the need for trim around the tiles. His attention to detail was fantastic even though he flew solo that day! We’ll enjoy our luxury vinyl flooring for many years to come.

We absolutely could not be happier with the entire experience! From the helpful sales person that was as nice and knowledgeable as we could ask for to the courteous and friendly installers that did a fantastic job ?! And the quality of the carpet and padding is top notch ?Highly recommended!!!

We decided to replace the carpeting in our sunroom and glad that we stopped at Buddy's Flooring! We chose a high quality luxury vinyl plank flooring and couldn't be happier with the installation. A great experience in every way and I would highly recommend Buddy's Flooring.

Very impressed with Buddy's Carpet in Florence yet again. The customer service is top notch! Walked in to look at carpet for bedrooms in our home and was greeted by Kim. She was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what look we wanted. We were able to set up our measurement and install appt with ease and within our timeline. The installers worked diligently and were very respectful in our home. I would definitely recommend Buddy's to anyone!

Love my new LVT for my kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. Buddy's provided quality work, arrived when expected, completed ahead of schedule and cleaned up afterwards. Would use them again. Previously worked with Kim on getting new carpet a few years earlier so I went back to them because of this. Worked with Kim again! She is awesome...friendly and responsive.
