Above and beyond service from the Florence location! I live in Atlanta GA but was only able to find the flooring I needed (it’s been discontinued) in KY via the Builders Surplus website (impressive). And, though the product was at the Louisville store, which was unable to assist with shipment, Michelle at the Florence store offered to help us out. She had the product transferred to her store and then shipped to Atlanta. Remarkable! So kind. So appreciated. The assistant manager, who confirmed the shipping and who wanted make sure everything went as planned was also great. We feel very fortunate to have worked with this group.

Loralee was the most HELPFUL and COMMUNICATIVE ever!!! We are redoing our kitchen on a budget and she has and is helping us every step of the way. Our kitchen is old with a weird layout and she was able to make cabinets work in our budget seamlessly!! I can’t stress enough how positive our experience has been! Can’t wait to keep using them

Excellent experience working with Loralee, Michael and a third party contractor they recommended. Ordered kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities and doors. Items were either in stock or received in the estimated timeframe and were competitively priced.

My husband and I worked with Loralee at builders surplus in Florence Ky, and couldn’t have been more happy with the service we received! We were on the search for new countertops and have used builder surplus before so we knew that’s where we wanted to get them from. They did not disappoint this time either, with their large selection to choose from and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Working with the installers was super simple. Our new countertops (and sink and faucet) look fantastic!

I completed everything via phone or email. When your floor is discontinued you are happy to find it somewhere to finish the other areas in the house. They were responsive, reliable and were able to answer all my questions. The flooring was shipped and it arrived the next day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I stumbled upon Builder's Surplus while researching bathroom vanities online...and boy, I am glad I did! We are in the midst of an unexpected remodel after water damage. Shelly (as well as the few other employees I encountered) could not have been nicer! She helped me put together a vanity, counter top, faucet and flooring for our half bath. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. I also appreciated the terrific selection and low prices. After several frustrating trips through the big box stores, Builder's Surplus was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them for your next remodel/update!
