  They always take good care of me when I go there. They have great prices for a full synthetic change. One time they went above and beyond and helped fix my air-conditioning system. Every time they get me in and out of there within 20 minutes.

  Huge!!!!! Great big shout out to Dan, the manager at this store!!!
  After going to two different “tire” places for a wheel repair/patch, whatever it needed and told they can’t help me-or the famous quote…. “We don’t do that here!”
  I pulled into Xpress pro on 42 in Florence
  Greeted immediately by Dan (not knowing he was the manager) told him what I thought was needed, he walked outside with me and actually took a look!!!
  Told me to hang tight for a minute and took the tire into shop and brought it back to me repaired!!!!! Apparently it wasn’t a big problem but the fact that he actually took the time to listen to the old blonde and be willing to try and succeeded on fixing the problem!!!! Meant the world to me.!
  Made my day and wished now I would have just went there first!
  He wears a cape in my eyes.

  Great service and in and out quickly for AC check and fix. I overheard the manager talking to a customer who had come in for alignment. Apparently her car was shaking at high speeds. The manager sent her back to place who she recently purchased tires from to get tires balanced, telling her an alignment won't fix the problem. I have been to a lot of auto repair shops, and most would have just done the alignment and taken her $$. Needless to say I was impressed by the integrity here at Florence XPress.

  We’ve been going to this place for close to 20 years (back when it was CarX). Even as ownership has changed, they’ve remained consistently kind, professional, easy to work with, and fairly priced for both major and minor repairs. Dan calls me with the diagnosis & gives it to me straight, discusses options, prices, etc, in a way that's easy to understand.
  
  One visit in particular stands out: several years ago, I brought in an older car that was making a strange noise. They diagnosed it, gave me an estimate, but then said, “Honestly, if it were me, I’d leave it alone. The noise isn’t dangerous, and you’d be better off saving that money for your next car.” They sent me home free of charge. That’s honesty and integrity.
  
  More recently, after a DIY repair gone bad that left me with several quarts of oil all over my driveway (nightmare!), I had my car towed to them for repairs. When I picked it up, I casually mentioned that I’d spent the day power washing the driveway to get rid of the stain. Without hesitation, one of the guys (Henry? Not sure) ran into the garage and came back with a half-gallon of industrial concrete stain remover for me to try—just because he’d had success with it. That kind of kindness goes a long way.
  
  It’s experiences like these that make you loyal to a business, especially one you only visit when something’s already gone wrong. I can’t recommend them highly enough—look no further and give them your business.

  Nicest people! Rudy put a new rear caliper on my car and it works perfectly! Dan was great! There was another gentleman there, older, glasses. I didn’t get his name but he was super nice! Love doing business here! Definitely recommend
