This review is for Chase Bank on Houston in Florence ky. Most specifically Katie and Daniel. They truly care and worked with my mother in law and I on tough situations. They saved a 30 year account because all other branches were very rude.

I kept getting promotional letters for opening an account at Chase. I finally decided to do it and went to my bank and withdrew money. When I arrived at Chase to open a checking, savings and set up a direct deposit, I was told that I couldn't because I didn't have an appointment. It never said anything about an appointment. In fact it was the opposite. Needless to say, I went right back to my bank and redeposited what I took out

Horrible!Every single time I have to come in this branch, I leave agitated and without accomplishing whatever simple task I went in for. Clerk= no help. Manager = no help. If you want a bank that will all but tell you they couldn’t care less, bank with this branch. I’m typically not one to leave these Karen reviews but this place is a solid zero stars, and they prove it time and time again.Good luck out there people ✌️

If i can i will give bank a zero or negative score. Went to bank 2 time to submit a documents which bank ask for. Desk person spent 40-45 min, gods know what she was doing on computer. Both time they okay it that we are all set for the account. No need of any more documents. Still they restricted an account.Cheery on top of icecreamTheir 800 number people are even rude. To keep hanging up a phone, without giving any straight answer. Finally after 5 hour of going back and fort, someone find the solution that we have to go back to bank branch again to submit the same document, which we have already given to them 2 time prior.U can submit the cheque but u can not withdraw from it. Nice. NaDon't use a houston branch in florenceKy.

The best bank around hands down! I wouldn't even look at any other banks to bank through! we just moved from Oklahoma and Any problems me or my husband have had they have helped us right away! Daniel just saved my kids Christmas, making sure a check was cleared thru another bank and not making us wait until after Christmas! shout out to the best worker this branch has! thank you so much Daniel! if you have any problems I would highly recommend you ask for him to help you!!

Zero stars! I have banked with chase for a long time. After so many problems and the people that work at the location on Houston rd. Could care less. Especially, a guy by the name of Tom that works there and is bothered by you if you ask for his help. He will send you in circles then continue to play on his phone. I withdrawled everything from my account because so many issues. Bad when you can't trust a bank service. Customer service in person sucks.

I went to this branch to have a beneficiary distribution form emailed to JP Morgan. The bank did not follow through with this so I will not receive this distribution by the end of this tax year. Very aggravating.

Horrible financial institution they froze my girlfriends account without warning and told her they will send her a check for what's in her account and refused to tell her why they did it they just said they made a decision and don't have to tell her why

If I could I would rate this bank a zero. The customer service in my opinion that I have received was very poor. Also had many more problems but will not go into detail.

Wow Chase bank and Amanda at the Turfway/Houston Rd location. Way to make me feel like you would rather me go to another branch and not deal with me. Poor customer service. Shame on you!

It's typical for lengthy wait times at this location in the drive through and for walk ins, so bad that I've began writing my in and out times on my deposit/Withdraw slips. Today I waited 26 minutes to make a single with draw inside the office. Two female tellers doing everything they could to keep up with customers (4 people were in front of me when I walked in today). 4 men (dressed in chase bank uniforms) sitting in the see through cubicals watching us, not a single one with a customer. When asking why it takes so long and why nobody would help log in to help them the tellers became nasty with me. Telling me they did not have drawers set up... 6 chase employees there and only two working. ***As an update I've decided to part ways with chase, Working on closing my accounts with this bank and moving to a smaller more local bank that know me*** I gave this location 1 star because if the lengthy wait times, lack of customer service, and undervaluing 10+ year customers.
