So almost a month ago my wife and I placed an order for a new chair. The ETA given at purchase was two weeks. I have followed up almost every week and at one point offered free delivery because of how late it was if it doesn't make it in by the 4th of July. Well I followed up today (7/2/23) and was informed that I can get it Friday but we don't qualify for the free delivery because it made it to the main warehouse before the 4th but not the store. As a consultation they offered to take off $25 if I wanted to make a two hour round trip to pick up a chair that is almost a month late. This is ridiculous and I won't be purchasing anything else from this store after this order.

We purchased a living room set from them on the 7th. Was told it was in stock shouldn’t take too long to get. We paid the $99 delivery fee. Delivery people called on the 11th said they would deliver on the 16th in between 8 am and 4 pm, so I stayed home all day and no delivery or phone call. I contacted overstock customer service, a total of three times. The first time I talk to somebody she was right. The delivery company was right. The only people that was wrong was our customers. Second lady I talk to really nice and understood so she would relay everything to the management team probably did not happen. Third time I called back and talk to customer service again I honestly believe it was the same person as the first time everything was our fault. Nothing was on overstock or on the 3rd party delivery company. Wanted to talk to manger wasn’t able to until Thursday, everything was Thursday, so I said yes please have manger call us on Thursday, she said okay they will call on Thursday at 11 am and now 3:30 still no call, we wanted a refund, but if we do that it is a 25% restocking fee, even though the stuff is not in our possession, still in their warehouse, guess that’s how they beat the system of ripping people off by trying to piss them off and steal 25% of their money.

This place is a joke. This is actually the second place we went to buy some furniture today. The Ridge Road American Freight was the first but that place was so ghetto we left after a few minutes of being ignored. We had hoped for better here and were prepared to buy. A half mile away at the counter in the back, as far away from the door as possible (who designed the store? Pure genius!) there were some people who appeared to be employees who were engaged in a loud conversation with themselves. Not one person looked up. They seemed content to just stay back there while we roamed the store. We had a few questions but noone came over to talk so we left. We tried the American Freight store across the parking lot and we we're politely waited on as soon as we walked in. The selection for mattresses wasn't as good there so we ended up across the street at Furniture Fair. The fourth time was the charm. They also waited on us as soon as we walked in the door. We spent $1,300 today and none of it went to Cincinnati Overstock nor American Freight. We are also planning on spending more soon for other furniture but we won't waste our time at Cincinnati Overstock.

I ordered a couch from them and the couch itself is very nice and I'm happy with it. However the delivery service they use is the worst delivery service I have ever seen. When they came to deliver it and found out it wouldn't fit in the elevator and they would have to use the stairs they got very upset and started trying to persuade me to return the couch for something smaller. After asking them to use the stairs they "attempted" to make it fit and said after 2 minutes that it won't. So they loaded it back on the truck and took it back. I called cincinnati overstock and they said they only use the same delivery crew and that if they said it won't fit it they won't deliver it. The next day I rented a van and moved it up the stairs with the help of a friend and guess what? It fit. If a professional delivery service cannot move a couch up a flight of stairs and I can then maybe I need to become a mover because that is ridiculous. Be warned if paying for delivery because they will do what they can to not deliver and still charge you for it.

They were busy and understaffed and Donna made everyone feel like they were the most important person she saw that day. Great customer service and product. If you take the time to comparison shop, you’ll find that the pricing is very good. Can’t wait to get my chair.

We had a very pleasant experience shopping at Cincinnati over stock (Florence location) the sales associate Steve was very helpful and answered all our questions while ordering our different pieces to make the couch a perfect fit for our home!

Customer service was amazing. We worked with a lady named Donna. I've never met anyone so helpful and kind. I'll gladly be back for more furniture in the future. I'd love to work with Donna as she was so helpful, and helped find a bed/table in stocks. She would make a great leader ?.

Everyone were helpful and very friendly. Steve did an Awesome job in helping me with what I was looking for. There were beautiful pieces of furniture for great prices. I would recommend this warehouse and will be back soon ?

We had a great shopping experience! We were able to browse all of their couches without getting pestered or stalked by the staff unlike other furniture places. Steve was very professional and checked on us a couple times but not overbearing at all. When we were ready to purchase, he was easy to get a hold of and made the transaction very smooth. They have a great selection too at a range of prices to meet your budget.Highly recommend this store and again Steve was great!

We’ve been looking for quite some time for leather recliners with a smaller profile, that both swiveled & rocked. Cincinnati Overstock Warehouse had exactly what we wanted @ a great price. Steve @ the Florence store was so friendly & helpful. He answered all our questions & made it a positive experience for us. The store had a broad selection & prices clearly marked. Would definitely recommend the store & the sales Rep - Steve.

Good experience awesome service by Steve , I went to the store to purchase a living room and bedroom set but was not able to purchase it with a credit card or apply for financing due to in two weeks I will be closing on my house, Steve very nicely suggested lay away also y went and search to see if everything was in stock and it was !! Not only he service me but he service another two customers at the same time with a pleasant smile and awesome attitude keeping communication with me so I wouldn’t think I was being unattended, Steve went above and beyond for me because I did not have the 40% down that the lay away require by calling his boss to see if he could do an exception for me !! Finally his boss accepted and I was very excited! Thanks to Steve and his boss I was able to get my furniture on time ! Unfortunately I have to give 4 starts due to Donna who was another member of the team who happen to be behind the counter stated I had to put $40% discount down even tho the boss and Steve who is the manager had already ok the transaction very unpleasant attitude by Dona made me score 4 starts but I want to concentrate on a good experience with Steve !! Good job Steve ! You are awesome

I went in to Cincinnati Overstock today on a whim. I just bought a new house, and was in terrible need of a new bead frame, mattress, and box springs. I’m a bit of an amateur interior designer and wanted it all to match. Little did I expect the first store I looked in to be the store I’d find all three in one, plus some excellent digs. Within five minutes Donna D. came over, and spent almost an hour with me, answering my questions, taking care of my concerns, and ultimately helping me find the bedroom set I needed with all the trimmings. She was very personable, a great conversationalist, and honestly just human. That’s a rare thing to find now a days. She took the time to connect with me on several levels to make sure I had all the answers I needed and wanted. I will definitely recommend that location, and Donna’s sales experience to my friends and family. Thanks for making my first major furniture purchasing experience awesome, Donna!
