The staff were very friendly and helpful here. I still treat going to the theater as a special occasion and this location never fails to help the movie going experience perfect for everyone.

This is not a close drive for us; yet we go there anyway because it’s the best. It’s worth the drive. Food is great; it’s always clean and the staff are Kentucky friendly.

Super friendly staff. Wait time was not long. Popcorn and food were fresh. Seats were awesome. Can't say enough. Except it all costs money That's why it didn't make five stars. Felt safe though.

I wasn't a fan of the D-Box seats but they were the only ones that reclined.

They have a lot of turn over. Hopefully they can improve that and get high quality standards back.

It's one of the few theaters nearby that I actually still like to go to. Plenty of staff working to take orders and keep the rooms clean.

Disappointing service, but a nice theater and location.
Our party of six arrived for an early movie, starting just before noon. We got our tickets easy enough, but the concessions line was crazy backed up, with maybe 3 teenagers working behind the counter. I told my family to go in while I waited, but they texted when the previews were over so I left the line (had barely moved for about 10 minutes).
Frustrating that we couldn’t get snacks and drinks for the kids during the movie. Especially when Cinemark was probably going to make more money than we even spent on the tickets. If it was this bad at noon, how terrible is it in the evenings?
We rarely go to the movies, and experiences like this makes us not want to go at all.
