Unfortunately they have hair stylists claiming to do color correction with no experience & when inadequate service brought to their attention & paying over $150 I was offered to come in following day for another stylist to correct procedure & yet again not only was I charged another $150+ but she was also unable to correct issue, (brassy color). I consider the two stylists to be dishonest, condescending & outright thieves. Otherwise beautiful salon, clean with good products.

Liz always does a great job, and it's surprisingly affordable for the quality and care given. I would recommend Cloud 9 to any other guys with semi-long/long hair over a barber shop.

After setting an appointment, I took my 9 year old daughter to Cloud 9 on Mt. Zion Rd in Florence, Ky. My daughter had an idea of what she wanted. After she spoke with Liz(her Stylist) they decided on something else and Liz came out into the lobby to ask me if it would be ok and I readily agreed. My daughters hairstyle ended up being far more beautiful than I could have imagined. My daughter was extremely pleased with it. Liz just became her permanent Hair Stylist.
