They give you basically no data, if you're a teen do NOT get a plan unless you're never on the device. They will still sell you a device even if you have one, be careful.

Ordered a month of prepaid service for my spare phone. Got an email saying I would be charged once everything was completed and my number was transferred. Two days later got an email saying everything was completed and my account was then charged. Now I’m trying to activate, they can’t because the old account is closed. Asked for a refund, was told no refund on prepaid. Now on with manager, she says that shouldn’t have happened and is investigating, but either call dropped or hung up. And after 90 minutes on the phone it’s after 9 so I can’t even call back in. Will be going into a store tomorrow to demand full refund. 10/10 would avoid.

The store clerk was very helpful and very professional. We're going to switch to this location. The one on Winston Ave smells like Weed every time we go there. Hopefully the owner will do something about that.

Brennan was wonderful during the process of switching me back to Cricket from Metro PCS. He greeted me immediately upon my entry, very professionally. I quickly gave him the run down of what I needed and within 5minutes we were half way through the new account process. I left very happy, with all my needs met and didn't spend much time in the store at all. Brennan was just great all around. the store began to fill with customers. And anytime there was a brief pause, waiting on something to process with my new account, he acknowledged the other customers in the store and proceeded with bill pay customers at the same. While still providing professional, friendly, quick service to myself and other customers. As a dedicated loyal customer to any company I purchase with. And a fellow customer service rep. I really appreciate people like Brennan. Not just for myself but collectively. Especially in these hard times. With companies recovering from all the COVID shut downs. It seems a lot of people and companies have just given up on good quality customer service. It's refreshing to know. That is not the case here.I always have a great experience at this location. Can't say the same for many of the other local cricket locations. I am a recently returning customer. I left cricket about a year ago, on an impulsive decision, due to very poor customer service in another location in Cincinnati. I believe this location was closed at the time due to COVID. Otherwise I would have just come here. So I switched to Metro and almost immediately regretted it. The service I received there was just as horrible as the Cincinnati cricket location I had just left. But I was frustrated and just needed a phone. And I was getting a great deal on a brand new phone. So I just went with it. But my entire experience with Metro was HORRIBLE.So happy to be back with cricket. And that this Florence location is open and booming again.Keep up the great work!! Yaw are awesome!!!
