Chelsea is an angel. I called to ask about stock of a pill and she talked me through how to get the NDC# (then even told me to call back with it so she could further help me) and she looked into the system for me to see it was discontinued. With the info she took the time to give me I was able to find the last of the medication sitting on a shelf at a different pharmacy and didn't end up in the hospital. Thank you again Chelsea and I hope you get a raise!

I'm an older male with a special needs son. Retired from military over 20 years ago. There's a pharmacist Kaitlyn that has went above and beyond to help my wife and I get a prescription filled that another CVS location said they never had the product at the last minute and son was out of medication that he requires. See a bad review from an older lady from Destin Florida which is a long ways away from Erlanger. I actually lived in Ft Walton for 12 years and Destin is only a few miles from there. It goes both ways and treat ones with respect and they will normally treat you back with respect. Can't stand ones that think they have plenty of money and everyone should cater to them and they wind up ruining a career of a very hard worker by posting a bad review. Want to take the time to say Thank you for helping us in a rut a couple times in past couple months. Actually the pharmacist was Bex Abbilgale as Kaitlyn was the Doctor from Cincinnati Children Hospital

Zero stars! I picked this location because it’s so close to my work, and I thought it would be convenient, boy was I wrong!! I called 4 times to try and get a pharmacist on the phone to ask a very specific question about my prescription, Waited on hold for over 20 mins while I was at work with no answer. I finally told my job that I would be right back and went into Target where I saw the tech or pharmacist sitting down scrolling on her phone while the pharmacy phone was ringing off the hook! “Two pharmacy calls waiting”, “One pharmacy call waiting” as the other one has obviously hung up! Well now I know why I couldn’t get through to talk about my prescription that I need asap! She finally asked if I needed a pick up. I told her yes and the prescription and I was told it was never filled! I pulled up my text from a few days prior saying it was filled. Magically she said she could fill it but I had to wait 15/20 mins. So I stood around the pharmacy while I watched her ignore multiple calls and take 20 mins to count out 30 pills of my 90 day supply. Target need to just stop offering subpar pharmacy. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to the CVS in Union. CVS and Target should be ashamed of this location.

Thankfully I was able to still get my flu shot at another location (CVS Erlanger). I made my appointment early this morning for 11am and when I walked in to the building they sent me a text to tell me they cancelled my appointment. I wasted gas getting to the location. When I talked to the staff member she said, “We are shorthanded, we haven’t been doing flu shots for a month.” Why hasn’t this been taken offline so there’s no confusion and why are we waiting until the customer gets to the store to tell them it’s cancelled? Thanks for coming through for me CVS Erlanger!

UPDATE YOUR HOURS!!!! CLOSE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU CANT STAFF IT PROPERLY!!! I’m tired of driving all the way here just to show up to a closed pharmacy when it SHOULD BE OPEN like the posted hours say.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been into my life. I am an older female. I have a never had an issue before with a pharmacist. There is one in particular I don't know her name. She's around 30 years old and has blonde hair. She is awful. I am calling corporate, and will never uses pharmacy again.

Was NOT Open at 9 and was CLOSED by 6. Contrary to what the sign in the store said. Wasted gas. Wasted time.

The man at the pharmacy working the counter was very rude and bad attitude. It was the start of Sunday morning at 11 am. I will definitely make sure I won’t go again when he is ther if I see him I’m turning around and leaving people come to get their medication cause they are sick. Have some decency if he don’t like his job he should do something else. I have never had a problem there before with other people.

Employees were very helpful. Getting 4/5 cuz they didn’t have what I needed. I mean, it’s a necessities type of place. Good ish!
