This is by far, the most poorly run, unprofessional CVS that I have ever worked with. They misunderstand what my prescriber sends them more than any other pharmacy I've ever used. Additionally, they very frequently quote me completely inaccurate information about the drugs that they have available and can provide.Just recently, I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through because there was a customer that took over 15 minutes, and as soon as it was my turn, they closed the window in my face.I have never seen a pharmacy run so incompetently and unprofessionally in my life. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO.

Pharmacy Drive-Thru "We're still working on it, it will be about x minutes." *Translation* "We don't do our job until you're at the window and we absolutely have to."

CVS on 42 in Florence has the BEST customer service of any other pharmacy I know. The employees are so friendly. The pharmacy employees are always friendly and helpful. We have a drug store much closer to our home but our household will never change because of the exceptional customer service in the pharmacy.Thank you CVS!!

Came here to write a review and couldn't believe how many bad reviews this pharmacy has got. You would think they would try to do better. I don't know if it's all CVS but this CVS in particular stresses me out. They can't order my child's medication until the day she needs it and then they make me wait for them to deliver it off the truck because they don't keep it in stock. Every month my daughter is missing several doses. My daughters trip out of state was ruined because she was so tired without her medication. Of course CVS makes the mistake and they make us pay for it. They have no sympathy at all. They should have fought to find away to get my daughters medication and should have made acceptions since it was their screw up!!!

Drive-thru is super slow. And don't bother calling. On hold for over ten minutes, and the same message is repeated over and over. It took me two minutes to even get the prompt to talk to a pharmacist, then it took me through several other prompts and I had to ask again. This pharmacy calls doctors for refills when you're out, which has been an issue for me. Many of my meds recently have been for or after surgery, and the doctors think I'm abusing meds since they keep getting asked for refills. This is a HUGE problem with this pharmacy. Two stars, because the folks at this store are pretty friendly.

+ Good location; 2 entrance / exits.+ Drive-thru pharmacy for Covid testing and prescription pickup.+ Adequate parking.- Constant "robo" calls from the pharmacy regarding picking up prescriptions when none are there to be picked up. Or, about setting up auto prescription refill on prescriptions that have no refill.- Pharmacy told me my prescription wasn't ready & it'd be ready in about 25-minutes. We headed home, and made it to the red-light by CVS & we were called that my prescription was now ready. So 25-minutes turned into about 3 quickly which was nice, but also a headache driving wise trying to turn around and go back through where we had just been.** The store itself I've never been inside of.

My insurance company makes me go to CVS because CVS owns them. The slowest pharmacy of ALL time. I wish I could go back to Walgreens on Mall Road, they are the fastest of all time.

The pharmacy wants to micro manage my prescriptions. They continue to contact me about prescriptions that do not need filling. Also, I was told if I wait a few days, my diabetic test strips would be free. I showed up on 1/18, & was told they were not in stock!

Very bad experience at drive thru. After receiving text messages that prescriptions were ready, upon arrival thevprescriptions were not ready. Because the medication was not ready, I was told to go to the end of the drive thru line to wait a second time. I was told the pharmacist was too busy giving vaccines to get my medications ready.. The drive thru line was very long. To make a long story short, I left without my diabetes medication. Why do they text you telling you prescriptions are ready when they are not? Why send you to the end of the line when it is was the pharmacies fault?

The CVS store itself is okay. The pharmacy drive through is bad. Prepare for the longest wait ever at this location. In almost o e year I've use I've never waited less than 15 minutes. Two weeks later now. Called, got the usual reroute. Then phone rang 25 times with no pickup from anyone in Pharmacy. This place is awful.

The pharmacy does a good job, most of the time I never have a problem. Now the actual store, the employees can be really rude. Today I called up and asked if a product was available because on the website it said low-stock for the store. The man on the phone didn’t want to look for it for me, he said since it was low stock that there probably wasn’t any in store. My daughter is sick and I was just trying to get her medicine really quick and this was the closest location. Wasn’t happy that he couldn’t take 2-3 minutes to walk to the isle to check for me.

I've been using CVS for years for scripts, and they have been just wonderful! The staff in the regular store are lovely as well. I always feel very welcomed in there, and they are always helpful. Definitely recommend!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My son's prescriptions are the cheapest at this location, so I typically went here despite the bad service, but now, I will pay double to go somewhere else. Almost every month, I have an issue with them, whether its them not having the prescription in stock and not even telling me, or them telling me I cant fill it even though its been the full 30 days, (the last time, my son went without medication for 3 days) and then them insinuating drug abuse. This time sent me over the edge. I had a simple request. They didn't put a specific time on the label for school. No biggie, I had the doctor's office call and fill out the form to have the new label with a time on it. I just needed an empty bottle. I got a call from CVS saying they completed the task of creating a new label and providing it on an empty bottle, only they didn't put the correct time on it. Understandable, so I called the doctor again and had them correct it with the pharmacy. Two days go by and I call to see the status of the corrected label. The pharmacist (I think her name is Katie) that answered the phone rudely told me it was illegal to create/make changes to an empty label. I told her I already had it done once before. She spoke on top of me, constantly interrupting me, not fully listening to what I had to say. I loudly told her to "Listen to me," and she then hung up on me. I ended up having to go to a different pharmacy. I will never step foot at this place ever again. The professionalism and compassion of the people running this place is ridiculous. I'd rather sit at the DMV 100 times, over going to fill a prescription at this location.
