Awful customer service from whoever the woman working in the store was today. When I walked in, she asked if I needed any help. Ok, very normal. I respond no not right now, I'm just looking around. I intended to buy something more than likely, I just had no idea what yet and I just wanted some time to actually look around. Not 2 minutes later the woman is LITERALLY standing over my shoulder asking me what I’m looking for in an almost accusatory tone. You need to literally get off people’s backs and let them look around. If I need help I’ll ask. Do you think I’m trying to steal something? I’ve never been just swarmed by a sales associate at this store before (first time seeing this woman), or any other store I’ve ever been to. I just walked out without buying anything, I was never given 2 minutes of time to actually look around uninterrupted.

The DXL in Florence ky has very kind and helpful employees. I've been to a few locations and like this one the best. The selection and what's in stock @ store location larger than most It's always clean and prestine . I appreciate that its Getting harder to find these days. Thank you.
