Martina, Store Manager was very nice and polite my id verification did not go through was going to stop by before the office closed but she went out of her way to call me and verify my id and get my the gate code very helpful and polite.

$400 FOR TWO MONTHS OF RENT. STARTED THERE WITH LESS THEN YEAR AGO FOR $80 A MOUNTH. Talked to Lulas name change. He lied and called me the A word and didn't accept my payment. I had to argue to make a payment IN FULL that was finally accepted. Bad customer service, they are out take your money. The worse place to deal business of any sort. Where is management. DO NOT GO THERE! THE WORSED.
Called number they responded with, it was the person working ar store that I spoke to earlier.
Talked to Management that defensively help employee not HELP customers and all my complaints that were listed, not accounted for or recognized BY THEM. Where is customer service? They wanted TO CUT all your locks locks within day 31 of bill being due These are cut throat people and will stab you in back. So I paid $400 for two months rent. RENTERS BE AWARE, THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. NO CUSTOMER CARE, OUT TO MAKE MONEY OFF OTHERS. YOU GET KNIFE IN BACK BY THEM. BE WARNED THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE. SO BRING YOUR PAY CHECK. TO HAVE EMPLOYEES CALLING THE A WORD AND NOT ACEPPT PAYMENT. I HAD TO PLEA TO MAKE PAYMENT. IS THIS JUSTICE OR PEOPLE WITH POWER SHUTTING DOWN THE POOR.
