I'm so glad I selected Extra Space Storage to store my mother's belongings while we're preparing for her next move. From meeting with the site representative to accessing the storage unit, everything ran so smoothly.Brandy was very helpful in explaining policies and what to do if any concerns arise. Great customer service!I had rented a unit that had some issues and items that unfortunately was destroyed due to not being an a controlled atmosphere. I needed to move to a climate controlled unit. They were able to help me get a new unit with plenty of time to transfer my items.
