Very bad customer service and racist if you're name is a Muslim name they will close your account, and when you ask them for clarification they Will tell you due to higher risk assessment. Worst bank ever.

Applied for a credit card, but it took longer than expected and didn't get sent though, but the staff was very friendly and explained it all to me and resubmitted my application for it

I can always count on someone at this location to answer the phone, for sure. I have tried to call other Fifth Third banks and make a payment on my credit card but only get put on hold automatically to wait forever....So I find myself calling this bank now every month for the quick friendly service on the other end, and to pinpoint a source that stands out consistently and so helpful I need to mention is 'Josh' Awesome job

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The new app is constantly broke. Or locking you out. They need to spend some of the money they rob from people and fix the app. Worst bank, I have ever had to deal with. Don't leave lame note to call. You all have my number call me !!!

1. The promotion they have where it says that they give you 250.00 when you open an account and deposit 1,000 for the first 90 days. It’s a lie. They never deposited anything to me and when I asked the employee she told me that she didn’t know what I was talking about.2. They blocked my ATM because someone committed fraud with my account when I go to the branch and I tell the employee that I need an emergency card since I’m going to travel. She tells me that it’s impossible, she told me to go to another bank to open a new account so they can give me a new card or go to Walmart. INCREDIBLE!! (Nov. 17,2022) Florence,KY.3. Someone committed fraud with my account for 700.00 with fifth third bank;I file a complaint with the bank; and the bank temporarily returns the money as established by federal laws. Then on Thursday, November 17, 2022, the bank withdraws the 700.00 (my account);and the bank representative tells me that since they failed to withdraw the money to the person who committed fraud with my account, they can’t do anything and that’s why they removed the 700.00 from my account again. Never in my life had I witnessed so much incompetence in my life. How is possible that the argument is “that since they did not get the person,”I lost my money when the person is using the bank to commit fraud and steal. Even a 5-year-old boy knows that the person who committed fraud with the fifth third bank was going to quickly withdraw the money from his account. And the bank’s duty was to report the person to the federal authorities since it is fraud. I lost my 700.00 because the bank does not support its customers and they are incompetent without mentioning that they indirectly sponsor people who commit fraud through their institution, but I have seen larger banks fall due to federal investigations for fraud. Karma exists. So please don’t make the mistake of entering or putting money in this bank. Your going to learn a hard lesson if you do. Jacqueline Ortiz Berrios

My partner and I visited this location today about 10 minutes after 5pm. This location closes at 6pm. My partner went in to cash his check from work (like he does every Friday) and had subpar service. His check got deposited and normally there is $100 available until the check clears which we are aware of. After leaving this location, his card was declined. So we went back to this location and the clerk very unprofessional said “We don’t do that anymore.” It is fine if a policy is changed within a week of doing the exact same thing, but there is much more ways to go about informing your customers. We will be pulling his account from this location despite being customers for years.

Logan Palmiter was exemplary today in assisting me with my account. I’ve had bad experiences with a lot of banks but he makes Fifth Third my go to for now!

My wife and I visited this branch for two reasons:1. For her to cash in US Savings bonds2. Exchange dollars for EurosWe had called ahead and were told they will redeem bonds for non-account holders. We arrived with proper documentation of her name change due to marriage, and they rejected the transaction because they require the name on the bond to match the name on the ID, regardless of substantiation of the name change. #fail I was told they would follow up with the Union, KY Branch who told me 5/3 bank could assist, but I have my doubts they will/did. As a non-account holder, I likely am not eligible for the follow-up service.They did the euro exchange (AD USAF PCSing to Germany)—but only after charging me $5 to do so, requiring me to give over PII to “establish a profile” for the transaction, and after getting to hear Ms. Price, the Branch Manager, and a teller (from across the branch lobby) giggle about how little the euro currency was and “how do you count this? How do you carry this since they’re different sizes?”. I would have been satisfied for them to just professionally execute the transaction and give me the currency. They could have discussed the size/how to count on their break, in private, and not while wasting my time to do so. I also don’t understand why I just paid a bank $5 so I could give them US currency. That’s a fail on my part.Also, their name makes no sense.*We did go to Chase bank about a mile away, and they readily redeemed the bonds from the teller window.

Awful customer service. Kristy is the rudest person and should be kept away from the public. She won’t even give you two seconds to give her everything for your transaction before making snide comments that are completely unnecessary.

Did not disclose IMPORTANT information about account access during account set up, placed a 2 week hold on my paycheck, will not lift hold even with check in hand, will not cancel transaction, so now I cannot access MY money that shows in my account, even though the fault is the banking representatives. Cannot close account since there is a hold against my paycheck. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK.
