Not too great. Last night one of your employees, a female, with red hair, in a Chevy Cruze, hit my car and ran off. Thankfully there was a witness and police are gathering the camera footage :)

I had very bad experience today in this store the manager has not class, he doesn't know as treat the peoples and very disrespectful. it was very rude and telling me horrible words in front of my daughter that she has 3 year old.

I've been here over the last 5 years and it's a shot in the dark if you're seeking and decent customer service. They're selections are limited and the store is small.

I understand brand consistency, but every foot locker is exactly the same. Same shoes, same clothes, same discount items. I'd be more drawn to stop in different locations if there were any chance I'd find something new.
