Really unimpressed with quality.
Gel pedicure was all over my toe cuticles and clumpy.
Gel manicure was not even and chipped and cracked within 48hours.
Leg massage as part of pedicure was good, but won’t be going back.

My daughter has been going here. She went in for a fill in and they said she was due for a new set. They proceeded to "pop" them off, clearly hurting her and then one of her nails split in half, started bleeding and they put nail glue on it and carried on!!! Here we are a couple days later and her finger is so super sore. She's 19, didn't want to say anything. Didn't even offer her some kind of discount. I called today and got all the apologizies and a gift card. But it was stated that it is their policy to pop them off instead ofsoaking them off because it is quicker.

I will never attempt to frequent this business again! Woman upfront was very rude and treated me as if she couldn’t be bothered. I went to VIP Nails and received excellent service! Forum nail employees clearly showing preference for Non Minorities! I’m not one to assume racism but this was definitely a case of it! This establishment needs to do better!

I had Emma she was very nice and great service! I went on a Sunday and it wasn’t busy. One of the best walk in experiences I’ve had at a nail salon. I originally asked for jelly nails but they said they didn’t have that. Keep that in mind if you want trendy nails. Also they didn’t cut my cuticles. Cute place and I was out in an hour. Customer service is a 10/10. I would recommend Emma.

My go to! Love this place. Lee is my favorite! He takes pride in his work, does an excellent job with attention to detail! They are great about walk ins and keep me coming back to get my nails and toes did! Grab a Starbucks and pamper yourself today! You won't regret it!

I have been going to Forum for several months. They are very friendly. They take their time and do not rush. I could not be happier with the service I receive. My nails have never looked better.
