4 D had my car for a little under 3 months. In that time, my car was delayed several times. I did not receive communication until I initiated it. I also did not receive a rental car until 2 weeks before my car was ready. Even then, it was not offered when I should have been since I did not have a vehicle for 2 months.
Before I received my vehicle back, they mentioned they would be testing the car and driving it to make sure it was in safe operating condition. When I received the car back, the passenger headlight/blinker was not functioning. This led me to believe it was not tested, and I indeed received an unsafe car.
I will not be going back.

Our experience at Four D was phenomenal. Devin was helpful, thorough, and kept us informed throughout. They worked with insurance to get us taken care of and ensured we got the best service possible. You'd never guess our van had any damage at all. Highly recommend their service.

Dave Ahr has retired and sold this business. It was a go to place for my auto body repairs for 35+ years. Yesterday first part of November 2023 , I went there to get an est. The 1 estimator was working with another customer. No problem with that. He, however never greeted me or acknowledged my presents. I waited approximately 45 mins. Finally decided to leave. Still no acknowledge ment. Maybe more business then they can handle??? Rather upsetting

Amazing group of people, going to recommend them to everyone I know! Loved the communication and flexibility, I got the dates wrong on when to come in and they were still able to help me out and working with insurance was a breeze! Devin was phenomenal!

Took a car in for a sensor issue with seat belts and air bag. This was July 2021. Car was out for about a month and same lights came on. I called and left a message. No return call. Stopped in face to face. They claim a general manager was going to call. No call. Stopped back in. Don’t want to back their work up.$437.Terrible customer serviceThe prior owner Dave Ahr would be ashamed with the way they are running his business into the ground
