Horrible customer service, there was a lady with gray hair, we just tried to exchange an item and she said because it’s “messed up” they couldn’t take it, we had the tag and the item that we were exchanging came that way. The lady was acting really racist talking really rude to us in a very bad tone and in which we were not rude at all.

This is a great store! Every time I've gone there, the people behind the counter have been smiling, friendly, and helpful. I have never recieved a product that was defective or disappointing. I usually buy their glass, and have never gotten home dissatisfied. Every time I go in there, they have cool new glass, and I go there a lot! They have beautiful water pieces that function really well. And they have a huge variety, so there is always something for everyone. The price of their glass is also so much better than if you got the same pieces shipped to your house. I got 2 things and paid less than 17 dollars, about 1/3 of what I would have paid for the same things online. I go to Florence Mall just for this store. This is my favorite place to get glass. I recommend this store to everyone I know. I had another great experience in this store the other day and felt the need to share a review.

Terrible store. I used to love this place after today I'm furious. Today I bought incent cones for 2.75 the worker rang it up as 5.76. I corrected her and she was open to admitting her wrong. I truly believe she attempted to steal the money. I then go home with my products just to find out it doesn't even work. I was never handed a receipt in order to return the product. Waist of money and time

I live the neat items that are sold here n I enjoy looking at the crystals and the healing powers . The incense burners are awesome and jewelry tapestry,beaded curtains, bowls etc

Their website says they close at 8 o'clock this makes twice now I've came to their store an they have been closed way before 8 o'clock big waste of my time

Business does not give refunds even if the product is defective, does not work as stated. I was told that I could only exchange or be given a store credit. I admit I may have missed a sign stating so (even when I returned) but I would think with the fact they are selling items that do not perform as stated, a refund would be appropriate. Make sure you see something else you want before buying because you will not receive a refund. Just a warning for others.

This is a very cool and interesting store with a great variety of items. They have some wonderful clothing and all sorts of funky accessories, decorations, and items.

Not my cup of tea. However, if I were a tween, teen, or early 20s person, it would probably be pretty cool. My kids love it, BTW.

This place was rude and also someone who works there stole my husbands credit card information and tried to buy something for $39.95 from Victoria Secret right next door to their shop.
