I have rented from this place for 2 years and renewed it again! I have no complaints or problems from this management, they take care of things when I need something taken care of. Always around when I have a question. They have been nothing but good to me! Thanks for everything you do and have done! So much appreciated

Rented for almost a year in Florence KY, my work moved me during covid to Missouri. Per contract my 1K deposit was to be refunded but never was. I could not get a response from the company.

I have been renting from Hillcrest for almost 8 years and have lived in 4 of their houses. Candace has been truly amazing since she has stepped in! She is so prompt in responding as well!

Just called to inquire about rental management. While this was quite obviously not going to be a good business fit for me, I could have done without being laughed at over the phone while explaining my circumstances. Rude, disrespectful, highly unprofessional.

I have been renting from Hillcrest Property Management for about 9 years. They have always been extremely friendly and very attentive to anything that I addressed to them, such as repairs etc. They got back to me promptly and situations were taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place to reside. They are a loving and spiritual family business that puts their tenants first. I've enjoyed renting from them and look forward to many more years.

Candace and Mr Denigan and staff are always quick to respond to issues. Have been living here for 6 years now and really enjoy the neighborhood with great neighbors. I really appreciate Candace as she is always on top of responding.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE, this company. They are so understanding and willing to work with you. they are even trying to help us move to another one of their properties because we are out growing the house we currently are renting from them.
cant say enough good things about Mr. Denigan, & the family and also the people he has working for him!!!! i dont ever want to leave them. :)

I've been renting from Hillcrest for 11 years and has been a enjoyable experience. Their ability to handle issues you never thought you would need was fast and easy to file for. Office staff was always nice never seen them not nice. Any time I had a issue with hvac or doors or plumbing or roofing they never gave me any issue for it and fixed it. Sherri has been great to us through the years even through covid we never had any issues. They even helped us move to another home when we really were struggling and she made is easy for us. Thus all good things comes to end eventually as were aare separating under good terms. I wish them well.

These people are on it. Anytime we had a maintenance issue they had someone there within 24 hours, they people in thr office are family friendly and don't mind kiddos running around. Will definitely be using you guys again, sadly our owner changed property management and it's been an absolute nightmare. Until we meet again!

As a home owner , It is a long story which will not be situated by the Google reviews. but giving a little piece of facts they filed an eviction against the tenant for not paying the (first month of rent ) which supposed to due at signing the contract and before move -in , and the end of story damaging my home while it was under their listing (sever water leak damage due their negligence in securing the home while the cold storm).

Terrible!!!!!! Do not rent from them. We rented for over 5 yrs. We were excellent tenants. It was like pulling teeth to get them to repair things. They don't answer emails or calls in a timely manner. We are still waiting for our security deposit and its been over 50 days since we left!!

Can’t speak from the renter side but as a property owner, I would not recommend them.They managed my property for almost 5 years. Things were good in the beginning but it slowly fell apart.1. They charged a ridiculous amount (I believe was $600+) to advertise/screen tenants.2. Communication is lacking. The property manager is hard to reach. They don’t always return phone calls/emails. They notified me after the upper tenant moved out and repairs needed to be made while they could have contacted me earlier so I can arrange the repairs sooner.3. How it ends was they decided they no longer want to manage my property (claimed there was foundation issues but engineer repost came back not, which is fine) but offered to buy my property for below market price, then retracted the offer.4. When I found a cash buyer myself and would like to arrange showings, they were not able to arrange with the tenant even though I gave them 24hr notices. I had to go in there last minute to show the property myself.5. Lock box was still left there after I sold my property.

Today is the perfect day to share an in-depth review of full of gratitude and positivity. We moved into a rental home in August of 2015, and recently needed to downsize in September. We renewed our lease 3 times. HPM is truly the greatest place we’ve ever rented from. Sherri and the rest of the Denigan family (HPM owners) are far superior to previous rentals we’ve had. Amazing people is an understatement. HPM & the owner of the home went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way possible. There’s no trickery with this company, and that’s rare to find. Sherri went over our lease thoroughly and answered any and all questions. She’s an absolutely wonderful soul.The home was absolutely stunning! Just as pictured. Spotless and gorgeous. They’re on top of sending out technicians if something stops functioning properly (RARELY happened in 7 years.) They’re extremely responsive, and take care of anything you need. 10/10 recommend! God bless Sherri and HPM ??
