This location (CVG) is horrible. They have attitudes, the one young lady was texting while she was supposed be ringing up customer orders. I know this because I had to stand there and wait for her to finish texting. Waited 20 minutes to order and get food. That is ridiculous. People have flights to catch and they just dilly dally around. And the cook in the back with the long blonde and red weave needs to have on a hairnet. The food came out sloppy. Just thrown together. This is not my first experience here but it is definitely my last.

Worst place to work! They are a huge mess so disorganized and break so many labor laws not to mention health codes. Smash burger has black mold in the front so be careful eating there. They need a whole new management team because the managers they have obviously do not have any training on the job. I have contacted health board and labor board cause someone needs to get in there and fix that place.

You owe me $5.20 for the wrong sandwich at Starbucks in terminal B. Your staff is extremely rude bordering on hostile and the drinks they make are amazingly bad.

Worst place to stay and work for. The people doesn't treat you with the respect that everyone rightfully deserves. Also, the training provided by other new employees and management refuses to step in to lean a helping hand whenever needed. Best to find a job elsewhere. Lastly, they require you to do everything outside of what you really are hired for.
