Excellent service! Had a Dentless repair performed on a 2022 Kia Niro PHEV for a front driver-side fender repair, and it looks like new! All staff are friendly, respectable, and champions of their craft. Cannot recommend them enough for your auto body repair needs.

I had my 2023 Kia Sorento repaired for a driver side rear end collision at the Jake Sweeney body shop in Florence, Kentucky near the end of 2024. Mike and his team were transparent and communicated well throughout the process. It took longer than I would have liked, but it was mainly due to my insurance company trying to penny pinch on every part that was needed. Nevertheless, Mike and his team did not complain. They sent my insurance company picture after picture and form after form as requested. They did an excellent job on the repair. This is an honest team that wants to do the best job they can and that is the most you can ask for in this business. Great job to Mike and his team. I appreciate the quality of work and the open and honest communication throughout the process.

I’ve had to get work done twice now due to theft and they’ve been kind and had clear communication both times. They also detailed my car both times and gave me tips on how to prevent theft in the future. I’d recommend anyone with a KIA in the greater Cincinnati area to come here first!

This place is so easy to work with. Woody is super nice and willing to do what it takes to make customers happy. We were very pleased with the outcome of our vehicle. The paint color is not easy to match, but they did it.

After reading many good reviews we took our car to Woody for body repairs following an accident. The car came back looking like new. He went above and beyond and even touched up a curbed wheel. Hopefully we won't need a body shop again but if we do we're taking our car to Woody!!
