Traded in my 2019 Hyundai Tucson today for a new 2026 Kia Sportage. I wasn’t primarily looking for a Kia but Antoine Wilson took the time to educate me on my various options and break it all down in clear and concise terms. Super knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Took what could be a stressful experience and made it painless and even a little fun. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

We've been bringing our Kia into Jake Sweeney since we purchased in 2022 with great communicative service until this last service. We took the car in for routine maintenances and recall check, told 1.5-3 hours max. We waited /wasted an entire day on a simple scheduled service without any text or calls informing us of completions. Reliance upon A.I. to fix your business, answer your phones, communicate to customers is over the top not to mention the decline in your service department functions and line control. Not sure what happened other than cost cutting but one thing for sure, your not the only game in town.

From the moment we shook hands, Kabir was awesome. He made me feel comfortable and he was very down to earth and not pushy at all. He truly listened and helped in every way he could.
