Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Treated me like a person with respect and not just a money bag filling their wallets. Highly recommend!

After a some issues with the vehicle not being as advertised when I came into to purchase it, the Sales Manager, Chad Anderson, reached out to me the very next day as he was off the day I came in. He renegotiated the price of the vehicle for me. He was very honest and understood where I was coming from. He was very prompt in his response and very professional throughout the process. He even added some extra services for the vehicle which I greatly appreciated. I originally worked with Tony who was great to work with as well. Will definitely work with Tony and Chad in the future if I need to purchase a vehicle.

Highly recommend this dealership! Tyler was very honest and up front the entire process and Justin came in with the same intentions which was a great combination. I had a great experience with Tyler and Justin. They were very personable and have gone above and beyond to help me even after the deal was done and continue to so, which is greatly appreciated as a lot of dealerships wouldn’t answer a call after a deal is done! Thank you Tyler and Justin!

Bill did an outstanding job of taking care of us. Jason was easy to deal with and very helpful. Also, I would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family.

My electric issue was unresolved because my car wasn’t showing any issues at time serviced. My visit seemed a bit lengthy considering nothing was resolved. I have to take my new vehicle back to Louisville where purchased for further help. I love my car so sometimes patience is a great thing! I wouldn’t own anything but a Buick

I will never do business with them again. Just the simple act of looking at my pay off amount made them call me 3 times, I got 6 emails and 7 text messages. I am sick of their harassment and when I do pay my truck off I will not buy another vehicle from them again.

I took my Buick LaCrosse in for an oil change. I regularly change the oil every 3k miles and usually went elsewhere for oil changes (drive through). The vehicle had 68,972 miles at the time of the oil change. During the oil change the service advisor Scott Berry recommended that I have 1K in other services (antifreeze exchange, fuel system service, brake fluid exchange, and transmission fluid exchange). I initially agreed to the transmission fluid exchange but changed my mind- informed him of same. He assured me that the service techs had not yet started on the transmission fluid exchange. While driving home the vehicle started to surge/slipping while shifting from gear (second to third). Prior to the service, there were no issues with the vehicle. Contacted Advisor Scott Berry and informed him of the situation. He instructed me to continue to drive the vehicle until the check engine light came on at which time he would complete a diagnostic. I continued to drive the vehicle (the vehicle continued to surge/slip) until the check engine light came two weeks later. Returned the vehicle for the recommended diagnostic test at which time the purge valve was replaced ($400), the vehicle was test driven and reportedly no longer slipping/surging. I picked up the vehicle and within a day, the vehicle resumed the slipping/surging. I made several calls to Advisor and a Manager. I was told to return with the vehicle and leave it overnight & return the following morning to pick up a loaner vehicle. I returned to the shop to pick up the loaner vehicle. I was told that the vehicle was short 2 quarts of transmission fluid. 2 quarters were added (no charge) then he test drove the vehicle, it was no longer slipping. I asked where the transmission fluid went & Advisor said "don't know" maybe it evaporated. There were no leaks and the transmission was a sealed unit. The vehicle continued to slip in shifting gears. I immediately took the vehicle to another repair shop which immediately diagnosed the issue as being the Torque Converter (driving the vehicle 2 quarts low of transmission fluid). Mechanic advised that the check engine light would not have come on with a transmission issue. Also, transmission fluid does not "evaporate" nor were there any leaks in the transmission. Owner advised to return the vehicle to Jeff Wyler.Called multiple times for GM & sent multiple emails as well to further discuss the matter. I received a return call from a manager (not General Manager) saying the issue should have been resolved immediately after the oil change rather than being told to continue to drive until the check engine light came on or with multiple return visits with no diagnosis or issue resolved. I advised the manager that I suspect the tech started the transmission drain prior to Advisor Scott Berry cancelling the transmission flush, as I requested. Also, If the fluid was low, I inquired as to how the techs did not see that it was 2 quarts low during the oil change and he stated " We do not have to check fluids during an oil change". I have never had an oil change without fluids being checked or topped off.Manager requested I return the vehicle for a diagnosis-the techs confirmed the diagnosis of Torque Converter. Received a call from the Manager stating that he wanted to "help me" & I should call Advisor Scott Berry for details. Spoke Scott at which time he made an offer to repair the transmission for 10K. I was outraged, he then lowered the price to 9k-then down to 8k-then down to 7k -there were no issues with the vehicle whatsoever until I went in for the oil change. I contacted the Manager and again requested to speak with the General Manager, he refused and stated "The Buck Stops Here".Obtained 3 different estimates & explained all of the above. All 3 shop owners confirmed-there were no leaks in the transmission nor does fluid "evaporate". The vehicle had under 70K miles. All concur-poor customer service, the shop caused the damage & the final ins

Just bought a truck here and it was a great experience. Tony was my sales person, and he was patient and responsive while we were making the deal. He's great and very easy to talk to. For my first time buying a vehicle at a dealership, this was a positive experience.

We purchased our 2022 GMC Canyon over a year ago. There were 2 chips missing on it that we agreed to wait on with the expectation that it would only take a couple months. The first, heated seats and steering wheel, came in within that time frame. We waited several months longer before inquiring about the other, (backup sonar). Was told month after month, "still waiting". After it was close to a year, we were told they were coming in but we were on some kind of list. So today, we finally got the letter to schedule. Our turn is here! Husband called to schedule and was informed they don't have it, but would now order it. Really!?

We brought our Acadia into Jeff Wyler Florence Buick GMC to get a new key fob. They proceeded to shatter our rear window by backing the car into something. Then they gave us a 5 seater as a rental while they fixed it (we have 6 in our family) and said they’d take care of everything. When my wife picked the car back up they still charged her over $300 for the key fob (which included $100 in labor for a 5 minute job). When I called they said the manager was out but he’d call me back. He never did. I received one text asking if we were satisfied with our service. When I replied we were anything but satisfied I never got a response. Apparently that's their definition of "taking care of everything." Needless to say we’ll be buying our next SUV elsewhere.

The salesmen and sales manager respected my requests for what I was looking for. They didn’t try to up-sale me. I wanted a good rate and had a budget in mind. They made that happen. Very pleased with the customer service after the sale as well.

This was my second time at this location and unlike the first time I wasn't impressed. I paid $179 for a vague diagnostic and I was given pricing for services I'm already covered for. My car was returned to me sounding worse then when I brought it in, so I had to turn around and have the tech look at it again, and was told they didn't fo anything the first time, but the noise was gone when I got it back. I'm going to take my car to Fairfield for a second opinion.
