I recently got my rings resized, and Jody was so kind and helpful in getting us taken care of quickly. It’s so nice that there is a jeweler on site and all service can be done right away. The staff is extremely efficient and helpful, and the 2 different woman that pierced her ears were so sweet and made her feel totally at ease. Could not recommend it more! “The people at The Castle are the kindest people. My friend dropped off a necklace to be repaired a couple months ago. He ended up losing his phone and then went into long term rehab. He wasn't able to get their calls to ask something about the necklace, so they had to put a hold on the repair. My friends birthday was going to be in two days and I was going to visit him. I went to pick the necklace up, to surprise him. It hadn't been repaired yet because of the issue. I answered their questions and not only did they repair it within an hour, but it was repaired by the President of the company who happened to be visiting that location. He did a great job on the repair and the staff actually gift wrapped it for me and gave me a discount on the repairs. I HIGHLY recommend The Castle in Florence, KY for all your gift needs. In addition to the President of the company, I can't remember his name, Stephanie was PHENOMENAL! They went above and beyond all the way!!Love you guys! And my friend was so ecstatic to recieve the necklace he jumped up and down and kept hugging me! The necklace has special meaning to him.
