Absolutely worst customer service! Completely unprofessional and rude. Sold me a vehicle that they said was in a minor accident. Vehicle is now falling apart and they won’t make things right. Buyer beware should be their slogan! Your customer service is horrible! Your manger accused me of lying and was completely argumentative towards me. Your service advisor refused to give me a simple email address! You refuse to address your own repairs. You say minor accident when it clearly was involved in something more serious. And your one sided statement says everything that needs to be said about you Dealership.

I wanted to trade-in and purchase a new Lyriq without spending time in the showroom. Greg Suchanek got everything he needed over email and got me a good deal in writing. When I went in to pick up my new car two days later, it took less than 1 HOUR. I'm thrilled with the efficiency and no nonsense approach. I highly recommend Greg!

Their service department is horrible scheduled an oil change and just got the run around not even knowing when the driver would be here to pick up my vehicle supposedly Cadillac has the premium pickup and delivery option for a good experience for Cadillac owners but that was not an pleasant experience just scheduling the appointment avoid this place.

Found them on car gurus, hands down one of the worst car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Their customer service is terrible. I bought a vehicle under warranty and the check engine light came on shortly after purchasing. The work done was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced from a mechanics shop. They failed to fix a problem I brought to their attention before they even performed the work and held my vehicle for over a week and couldn’t fix the problem. Then they sent it to another dealer during that time that also couldn’t fix the issue I was having. After the dealer warranty ran out they said sorry but your warranty is up there is nothing we can do for you. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership, save yourself the trouble if you’re considering.

I had a great experience with Greg at Joseph Cadillac. I was treated well and was not rushed or pushed into a decision. Greg was personable and open about the process. I was given a fair deal on my pre-owned CT5, and I thought my trade-in value was fair. I would certainly work with Greg again in the future.
I had forgotten my window hanger for my apartment parking garage in my trade-in vehicle. Greg took the liberty of returning it, as well as delivering my new license plates, to me at my apartment on his time on a Saturday morning. This was greatly appreciated with my frequent business travel.
I would recommend Joseph Cadillac to family & friends.

I want to personally thank Chris Krutzkamp and his crew for doing a wonderful job trying to figure what was going on with my wife’s suv. I’d say who drug their feet working on it but that will be later if they don’t do the right thing.

Listen … I Live in Cincinnati and will always drive all the way to Kentucky to come here…. 10 out of 10 vehicle repairs and you don’t have to worry about them pitching BS …. The only place that can touch my Cadillac
