In response to the GM:
I don't know what correspondence you reviewed but allow me to show you! Screenshot of text to Scott, your salesperson, explicitly stating that I do not want a new license plate, from September 23rd!!! I also included screenshots for him of the new process to transfer plates rather than acquire new ones. This was in affect more than a year ago. I NEVER wanted new plates!! Your employees should be automatically transferring plates when people trade-in, not acquiring new ones. But why would they change, their management is fine with the company acting in old ways and doing what they want. But I've included the press release for you as well as a screenshot from the State's website that states your company should be doing this. I've also included a message from the USPS stating that my plate should have been mailed priority because it is linked to my personal information, so it can be tracked. But why would you care about doing what is right, let alone what the customer wants?!
I would absolutely like for your company to transfer my old plates to this new Ascent TODAY! Two weeks after telling me my plates were mailed, I still don't have them. So, you all can call the Clerks office, transfer my plates as you should have in September then tell them why you have lost a license plate in the mail! You have all the information you need from me including the VIN of both vehicles. Stop the BS and get this done. I will make sure my County Clerk and the State office see your reply.
The most unexciting Subaru dealership I've ever visited, definitely not the Subaru atmosphere. It's luckily not my neighborhood Subaru, they just had what I wanted.
However, one month later I still don't have my license plate. They were supposed to transfer my license plate, per new 2024 KY requirements. But they claimed 'that system wasn't working'. 100% untrue per my calls and visits to the Clerks office. They ignored what I, and the Clerks office, said about transferring and got me a new license plate anyway. Which not only goes against my request but against what KY law says they should be doing. More than a week later, I'm told my plates are in the mail even though USPS policy states they should have been mailed priority or some other service that could track it, since it's my personal information.
They truly don't care what you request, even if it's in line with the law. They do what they want.
Plenty of other Subaru dealerships in the area.

While traveling on family vacation I had an issue with my outback. It occurred after they stop taking new vehicles for the day. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and helpful as I explained the issue. They still took out car in and found the problem even though it couldn't be fixed the same day they made my car safe to get is the rest of the way home in Pennsylvania. Thank you so much we couldn't of asked for a better place to have a mechanical problem.

Why do you offer express oil service if you can't do it, three times went there, and always saying " we are packed, we can't take more cars ". Either get more employees for oil change or do oil change by appointment only. Had to go look for another place for oil change this time because the dealer is busy. With all due respect, I only trust you with my car, don't force me to try others.

This is what purchasing a vehicle should be like. No pressure, no nonsense, buyer-oriented. Gus was a pleasure to work with.
