Chris in used cars was great, but then an older guy stepped in and got really pushy and aggressive trying to get me to buy something I didn't want. My first time going to this place was about eight years ago. They were horrible back then too. Back then it was the finance dept. That was horrible. They had permission to do one hit my credit , but then did numerous ones. Tried to interfere with my bank giving me a loan.

I returned to Kerry Hyundai for a car issue today and the manager, Joel, was very accommodating and polite. The girl that works the front desk (I don't know her name) was very professional. If I'm going to to five a 1-star for something bad, then I need to give a 5-star for something excellent. I felt valued as a customer.Thanks Joel and other ladyJosh

Received a letter about a recall for underbody corrosion and the letter clearly states I could call any Hyundai dealer to schedule the procedure. The lady who answered said they weren't accepting any new clients and that I need to go to the location I bought it. After I insisted it would be easiest for me to go to my closest dealership (i.e. them) she did also inform me that they are booked all the way until August. That is 4 months out! She then proceeded to ask if I wanted to call around before they schedule me because this location really didn't want any new customers. Personally it just rubbed me the wrong way, I understand being backed up, but pushing people away purposefully is too a whole new level. If I am ever in the market for a new car, I will not be shopping here.

Calling to obtain service on my 2011 Hyundai Genesis purchased new from Kerry Hyundai, I was informed Kerry no longer services or supplies parts for the Hyundai Genesis. I have to drive to Montgomery or Louisville for service on a vehicle I purchased new from a local dealer, Kerry. They have always expertly serviced my Genesis, but not anymore. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. So if you plan on buying a vehicle from Kerry, you better inspect their service policy. It just might not include your car. Better still, but your vehicle somewhere else.

Do not buy here give an honest, reputable dealer your business. Would give 0 stars if we could. We Found what appeared to be a nice preowned car online...called to ask questions and get details...the sales team provided TERRIBLE customer service. We had to chase the sales team for several days, lots of lies, gave us the run around and excuse after excuse. Finally got what we needed to make our decision and We told the sales manager we'd buy the car offered deposit which they refused...sent in credit application- well they sold the car we were purchasing to someone else...Said a sister dealership didn't know it was in finance... the car was a special first car for daughter's birthday! Left us scrambling last minute to find another car. Grateful I was able to give my money a dealership that appreciated our business and not This place!

The used car department is the biggest joke of sales team I've ever dealt with my whole life , was pre-approved (all I had to do is sign, literally the easiest sale ever) and I worked with them for 2 days straight and they never once called me back as promised, they lost my personal information twice, they do not deliver as stated, then at the end of the 2nd day they told me they were working a deal on the vehicle I wanted with another customer........This is the worse experience I've ever had with any dealership.......don't waste your time , these guys are "Pathetic" ......definitely will be contacting the BBB !! Don't be suckered in like I was!! I only had 2 days to find a vehicle and it's very frustrating being bullied around the way they do!!!

I am so glad that I chose this dealership, they are so nice and very helpful, and very professional. I would recommend their dealership. I really enjoyed talking to Leon, Ronnie, and Mitch, they all three was great at helping me find my new 2021 Nissan Murano I love it. Not to mention I have my first 5000 mile service for an oil change and tire rotation. They also gave me a car wash that I definitely needed with his cold weather. And the girl that I spoke to I can’t remember her name who helped me was very nice polite and professional again I’m glad I chose Kerry Nissan

I bought my car from Kerry Hyundai in 2020 and purchased the very expensive warranty that goes with a verified used car. My car broke down two weeks ago and was finally looked at this week. I Called the warranty service center before taking it to the dealership and they advised that the dealership would need to start a claim for anything to be covered and to get reimbursed for a rental car. They had no loaner cars so I had to pay for the rental car out-of-pocket . Upon getting my car looked at the sales rep advised that they would not do a claim that it would not be covered. He also advised that part of the issue was from Me not changing the spark plugs at 60,000 mile which was required maintenance. I informed him that I bought the car at 66,000 miles from their dealership and that all maintenance was supposed to be up-to-date at the time. He told me I needed to take that up with the sales department. He also advised me that an oil change was recommended on top of everything else. I told him that my car was not due for an oil change and he agreed and took it off. When I pick the car up he informed me that the reason they requested the oil change is because there was gas leakage in my oil tank. He did not advise me of that on the phone and I had already declined the oil change thinking it was just a routine maintenance. I called the Warranty Center after that and they stated that the dealership should've made a claim no matter what. So I am out the money for the rental car as well as The $1200 I had to pay to get my car fixed. I felt like someone who doesn't know a lot about cars that I was extremely taken advantage of from the fact that they sold me a warranty that doesn't seem to cover anything to the fact that the issue stemmed from routine maintenance that should've been done on the car when I got it.

I think it's just a myth that anyone actually works there considering no one has ever answered the phone when I've tried to call to schedule service. Not wasting anymore of my time with this place. I'll just take my business elsewhere.

The Right By You claim is false. We bought a used car and have a “we owe”. A contract for repair work to be done by them. They will not honor it as they claim a technicality that the problem is something else and not what we asked to be repaired. In the end nothing was repaired. They claim it cannot be be fixed as it is not broken. In the end they won’t fix the problem as it would cost money. $400-600 according to a local body shop. If you buy a used car here, be very specific with a we owe. They will not be Right By You if they have a loophole to take advantage of.

Lousy customer service here. Firstly, their web site for scheduling service is unreliable & doesn't work on a browser as widely used as Chrome. When it does "work," you'll be told there are no appointments for weeks or even months at a time. I'd tried connecting with people through chat about scheduling an appointment & after a week went by without a call, I tried again. Finally heard from someone 2 weeks after that. When I finally managed to schedule my most recent appointment, despite the fact that I actually bought my vehicle here & had been here for service several times previously, they claimed to have no record of me or my car. This visit was for its 30K checkup & they kept finding things to "fix." Making it worse, while I brought the car in on a Thursday morning, they couldn't finish it until the following Monday, so I went home without a vehicle. When I picked it up, it cost me $1800+. I've had much better service at the Alexandria location & I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. As much, anyway.

I've tried several times to call their Service department but have not been able to talk to anyone. I've left messages that have not been returned. I've gone through the operator and called directly for the past 3 days.

I was feeling ripped off today by the service man and service manager at Kerry Hyundai of Florence, I've told them I will never buy another car from them, they proceeded to tell me they did not care, the guys do not work back there for free, and I did not have to bring my car in there. This is the way they treat a customer that bought a brand new car from Kerry Hyundai and had it serviced there for 10 years. Their guys have never worked on my car for free, as a matter of fact I've paid them 4 times for the same problem only now they decided it's the transmission going out, I felt they shouldn't charge me for looking at my car because they were wrong four times before. I told the two of them they were dirty and I told the service man I was going to post everything he said to me on social media they said they didn't care, he then said I told you it was 110.00 if you didn't have it repair, I told him , you said we'll work it out. Dirty dogs the both of them. Now I have to buy a new car and guess who I will not be buying it from.
