We recently completed the purchase of a new car from Bill Linton at Kerry Hyundai in Florence, KY and were extremely pleased with the service. Bill was an outstanding sales consultant. He genuinely listened to our needs and took the necessary time to thoroughly demonstrate all the vehicle’s features and menus, even sharing several useful, fun tips. When a small scratch was noted on the back bumper, Bill quickly arranged for the replacement and provided us with a loaner vehicle—addressing the issue proactively and professionally. The entire purchasing experience was a smooth and straightforward transaction. We started looking for a bigger vehicle a month or so ago and had some rough experiences. As soon as we stepped into Kerry dealership of Mazda, Natasha instantly welcomed us with a smile and fun vibe of a personality. She heard what we wanted and was looking for. We tested a Mazda cx90, Atlas and Palisade. We thought on this and when we were ready after a few days, Natasha didn't hesitate and met us at Hyundai and got us into a Palisade of our choice!! Tyler and Nick were also wonderful to speak and work with but Natasha had us hooked to continue business here!!! Thank you kerry members.
