I went to Kerry Mazda yesterday September 25, 2023 to buy an SUV. The young lady that greeted me did her best to answer my questions but I believe she may have still been in training. When I asked to see the inside of the vehicle to test the space she let me know to expect that a manager would come back outside with her. No problem. She came back out with the key and no manager, which is fine by me. When we did not find the trim I wanted on the lot I asked if I could order one. She told me she had never been asked that and we went inside to find out. I waited in the lobby while she went to get a manager to help with that. I could hear that his tone with her was not pleasant. When she returned she apologized and said she would try to figure it out on her phone. I said to her in jest, I guess there are a lot of people buying cars on this Monday afternoon. I WAS THE ONLY PERSON LOOKING AT CARS AT THIS TIME! I was patient as she fumbled with the app. After a few minutes. I thanked her for her efforts, went to the managers office and said "Thank you for your time, good-bye" and walked out. I turned left out of your parking lot and went down the block to Honda. Shame on you!

Never know, getting a new car could be fun. No pressure, very knowledgeable and really good atmosphere. Patrick Epperson was grate. He helped me git a car with all the safety features I needed and even heated seats in my budget. I my little Sandy Zoom Zoom!

Just purchased my first brand new vehicle from Kerry Mazda on 7/13/23. After going to different Mazda dealers around the area, Kerry Mazda was the best hands down!! I worked with Logan & Wayne through the purchase. Logan was fast to answer all my questions and really went above and beyond. They didn't have the car I wanted on the lot. So, instead of ordering one and waiting a couple of months, they went out of their way to find the exact one we wanted. Wayne was upfront and honest, which I knew because I had already done my own research on the car and price. He also wasn’t pushy or aggressive whatsoever. Highly recommend working with them to buy your next vehicle!!

Bought a car 5/1/23. 2016 Ford C max. 3 weeks later suspension and transmission already giving issues. Worsened over next couple weeks got it checked out. $3000 repair bill.7/24/23 updateJust stating the facts. Bought a used car and received only 1 key not 2. Worried about someone else having the other key. Called to ask about what to do. They said "i will call you back in 5 min". 5 hours no call back. Left work early and stopped by the office to ask. Manager said "if your car gets stolen its because of something else, 0% chance of someone else having your key". I said I don't feel safe someone else may have the spare key and we may need to replace the lock. Manager: "No YOU need to get your own key; Airport Ford is down the road; replace your lock with them if you want". I asked why nobody called me back causing me to have to leave work to get an answer, manager said "I am manager of 3 branches, you want me to leave an BOARD MEETING early just to answer your question??" I walked in on them just chit chatting. "This conversation is ridiculous. Have a nice day" - manager. This is the second time I met this manager - I felt uncomfortable with him from the day I purchased the vehicle, and again today. Very condescending attitude and I would not recommend anyone doing business with him.

Bill was absolutely fabulous in dealing with us in our car search.. We know it is not easy dealing with older individuals who are technically challenged. He was very patient, making sure we were secure using new features. This is our first Hyundai and it has been a very good experience. Bill has made a repeat customer.

After a long search, I found the vehicle I wanted. I drove up from Lexington and met with Brent Adams. My experience with Brent was great start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humor. After a bit of a hiccup with a different member of the team, Charles stepped in to save the deal. Charles was extremely professional and kind. Jeremy finished the process quickly and had me on my way in the vehicle I wanted. If you want to buy from someone whose priority is customer service, ask for Brent. He even reached out the next day to ask if I had made it home safely and if I was enjoying my purchase. A final note: this dealership does not accept outside financing. I did not know that prior to my arrival. I had not heard of this before and was not told about this until the deal was made and we were signing documents.

Amazing service! Everyone here was very helpful not only in getting me the vehicle I wanted/deserved, but was also very generous and considerate of my personal struggles with very abruptly needing a new car on short notice. I am not the kind to leave reviews for anything, but Tory and Walter both set me right. Everyone else I spoke to was very approachable and friendly in their own rite as well.

Bill was amazing! He contacted me with the exact car I wanted. When I saw it for the first time, I panicked! It was so much smaller than I thought! I helped me find the same vehicle with a different package that has bigger tires, trim, ect to change that. Let me tell you, it’s been almost 2 weeks & I love it more and more! Bill has checked in, to make sure I’m still happy, & that I don’t need any help with all of the tech. Y’all, I have and app for my car!? Thank you so much Bill and Kerry Hyundai! I couldn’t be happier!

I bought a new car here and let me tell you, they will come after every red cent. Not to mention the only time I called with a question, (a few months after my purchase) they forwarded me all around the place. I ended up on the phone with the Hyundai team member about my Mazda related question. I couldn't imagine working there, let alone ever buying a car from them again. One good employee for every three is my estimation. Unfortunate because I really like Mazdas.

I had the best experience at Kerry Nissan than I ever had at any other car dealership in my life. When I told my salesman, Tyler York, how much that I wanted to spend and the kind of vehicle that I wanted, he simply got on their website and pulled up the best deal of my life in buying a vehicle. Not only was I satisfied with the vehicle but I was extremely satisfied with the financial deal as well thanks to the financial manager, Joe O'Dell.

Jason is a fantastic service manager! He has always been such a nice, friendly, and caring face when you walk in the door. All of the staff at Kerry Mazda greet me and see if there’s anything I need. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff.

Nice car, fair price, pleasant salesperson. However, car was not well detailed nor was I given a full tank of gas as promised. Took 11/2 hours to do sales paperwork on a cash sale. After sale, when I had a problem with a missing item, no one wanted to take my call. Resolved the issue with the help of The Better Business Bureau.

my mom is a 83 yr old women with a 2017 mazda Miata with no miles on it but yet you try to push her into oil all the time when it's absolutely not necessary your calls make her think she needs oil changes all the time . All I have to say is shame on you for taking advantage of her and probably your elders! Ridiculous!!!
