Our sales associate, Taylor was a pleasure to work with. She was polite, professional and courteous throughout the process. She made sure to answer any questions we had, and was willing to do additional research to make sure we had all the information we needed before making a buying decision. She and the sales manager, Ronnie made the buying process feel more like a respectful conversation than a contentious negotiation. We can't say enough good things about Taylor, and everyone at Kerry Nissan. It is just a class organization from top to bottom.

My salesman Jacob is a stand up guy! A man of his word! Jacob and his manager Ronnie made the searching and getting the car I needed and my wife wanted an easy task! LOL I was in an accident 3 weeks ago and the car was totaled. The Kerry team made the task of getting a new car smooth! Thank You Jacob ! And Thank You Ronnie !

Service was top shelf. I bought my mustang here and was told by sales person that a few minor things would be taken care of. At first there were questions but the service manager took care of the problems. Friendly personnel from check in to check out on each service. For me they get Five Stars.

They did exactly what I needed them to do. I dropped my car off in the morning and had to make sure it would be ready for me to go to work in the afternoon. They had the ready and waiting for me on time. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the work I had done wasn't overly expensive. Everything was reasonably prices and it seems like they do good work. When I need another service or when I'm ready to buy my Golf R I'll be back to buy it.

Love Kerry Mazda! Being a young female I hate going to get my car worked on because I always feel like people try to take advantage of that but at Kerry Mazda I have never once felt that like I used to living back in Louisville. The team at Kerry Mazda is super nice and very welcoming! Jason and Lauren are always so nice when it comes to getting my car worked on and I will definitely keep them in mind when I decide to trade my car in soon!

Customer service was excellent - from our salesman to the finance manager to other staff hanging around to chat. We felt comfortable. It felt like I was buying from a friend. Negotiation process was quick and easy, no hassle. I felt like the whole process was honest and transparent. We are already talking about buying another vehicle there.

Be leery of buying a used vehicle from here. I was given incorrect info from salesman, which I found out 4 days after buying that the electric part, which I questioned right off. Another person at the dealership saw the quick charge I was told does not fit my car. He found charger in car that salesman did not. Quick charging, no. 7-8 hours charging for 15 miles as hybrid, then gas mileage declines. May not be able to charge at locations bc they changed to newer versions. The poor charge, the manager asked me to come to service. I did at time agreed. Service didn't know, asked for another day. Hassle to try to get in Salesperson, who didn't find the charger in the car, asked why I would want to charge it anywhere but home. I bought a car to go places, not just to go home each day to charge the car. Salesman said he would reach out by text with attachment needed to charge elsewhere and his manager told him to get. Spoke with manager again after no contact with me was made for few days. I tried to arrange the service check, but then the car mgr said the service mgr said the poor operation was normal, for which I would never have gotten the car. Salesman said don't need to charge for the gas mileage while manual and other computer checks say otherwise. Told them I didn't want the vehicle after false info given, which seemed to change with each person. I still don't have the titleBe leery of buying a used vehicle from here. Wanted to return the car after the incorrect info was known. The mgr should have had the car examined as he said, canx the purchase after conflicting info came out. Unfortunately I didn't check these reviews b4 I had issues of my own. I hadn't had these issues before to have known.

Kerry Nissan was great to us! We have been looking for over 8 months for a car for myself and was not having any luck. Megan Gregory was my sales consultant and she was amazing from day 1! She was very helpful and got us in a new car within a day. The service dept was also very helpful and nice! We appreciate the business we got at Kerry Nissan and I would recommend visiting them if your looking for a new car!

My Rouges battery failed after 3 years… and 3 months from delivery.Despite the vehicles mileage being under 23k, it being a 2020 and we are in 2023 Nissan will not cover the faulty battery.I will have been without the vehicle for three weeks going through the process of seeing if Nissan will make right on their inferior product. They did not!Now, the dealership told me that the battery will not come in for another 3 days.When did customer service become so poor? If I could rate this experience it would be a 0, no concessions by Nissan or the Dealership.

Left my car at 1pm for a transmission diagnostic, and never heard back from Service. No updates, no text messages, no response to my multiple texts and voicemails. Service simply did not respond and kept my vehicle overnight. No response in morning, so found a ride to the dealership and found my car was waiting in the parking lot for me. No apology from Mikayla, who said it was her relief person who did not respond to text or voicemail (even though the initial text was from Mikayla). What a horrible system. So many disconnects. Was told Steve, the Service Manager, was not working (Saturday), so I had to pay for the diagnostic service with no discount for inconveniencing me by leaving me without a car the night before. Unresponsive, almost never get to speak to a live person. All reasons why I will never buy a car at this dealership.

We leased our fifth Nissan Rogue with Brent Adams today and his service, as usual, was impeccable! We met Brent in 2009 when we got our first Rogue. We keep going back because he makes the process so easy. He knows the Nissan product line and the features offered. If you are looking for a vehicle Kerry Nissan on Burlington Pike is the place and Tory Luken is the guy. Best Salesman! Very efficient and helpful. We are not easy customers and Tory never once looked frazzled or frustrated. Very patient, and was available after the purchase to take texts, phone calls and helped us with some gadgets on our vehicle that we could not figure out. I definitely recommend him. Not pushy either. We took up hours of his time and he stayed the course.

I rarely write reviews, but I cannot recommend Jamaine and Jacob enough! It was my first time purchasing a car and had gone to 2-3 dealerships before coming to Kerry Nissan and was feeling super discouraged. Thankfully, right from the start Jamaine and Jacob were very patient and understanding with my situation and were able to negotiate with me and answer all my questions! When my first choice ended up being outside my budget, Jamaine immediately noticed I was upset and took me out to the lot to look at multiple models, both certified used and new. I came back a few days later after pondering my decision and decided on a new Sentra. I am so happy with my purchase and cannot thank them enough for their help! I would highly recommend them and can't imagine ever buying a car from anyone else!
