I took my son's car in for routine service. The staff was courteous and efficient. The place clean and comfortable. It was an experience I wouldn't mind repeating if the need arizes.

Well I have 3 toyota vehicles that I have had serviced at Kerry Toyota for years,but in the last 3 months something has changed!!? The latest problem was yesterday with my wife's van getting the oil changed! The van's check engine light came on and Kerry Toyota was going to charge $120 to check the light ! I took it to Auto Zone after leaving Kerry Toyota and the very nice guy that works for Auto Zone checked it for free !! It was a $61.49 Oxygen Sensor!! Check engine light is off !! Thanks KERRY TOYOTA!!

They are always courteous and communicate well during the process. Kevin took time to explain the notes from my visit and answered all my questions. I am from out of state and always use this location for service for my vehicle.

Very professional but nice as well. They do a thorough job and do not seem to come up with additional repairs not needed by the car owner. I have never had a bad experience here.

Beginning with Greg Siegmundt, he is professional through and through.Friendly, knowledgeable and reliable!Ethan was my service technician.Again, Ethan proved his professionalism, knowledge and capabilities. He went beyond my expectations. I could not be more pleased, (if my father had done the work himself) FYI, he is a retired mechanic!Prices are great and the entire service department is well organized, clean with complete transparency. Which I appreciate immensely.I recommend this service department to everyone.Thank you!

I was very surprised that when I called a salesman at Kerry Toyota Florence , KY— and he said that the dealership DID have a 2023 Toyota Camry LE that was white — just what I described to him that I was looking for. I drove to Kerry and looked at the car . I bought it . The two salesmen involved in the sale were Tyler and C.J. I think they gave me a fair trade -in value for my 2018 white Camry LE. The two cars were basically identical - just 5 years newer ! I was so happy not to need to go through ordering one and waiting and waiting for it to come in !!I am very pleased with the service department at Kerry Toyota. - this is my fifth new Camry and I use their service dept. for all of my service needs . Service technician Greg always takes care to explain everything and suggests items that need attention. I really appreciate and trust him . He explained what procedure I would need to follow to try to purchase a new car when I asked him .I also like the waiting room while my car is being serviced - well stocked with drinks and snacks .

I normally rate visits with 5 stars but will have to say that this past visit was a 3 star due to the wait time. I can’t recall ever having to wait almost 2 hrs to have the 5K mile maintenance w/o oil change service. The place was crowded so I wasn’t comfortable. Not sure if there was overbooking or what. The service people are always nice but “I’m sorry for the long wait” would have been nice . . . nothing was said. Thank you.

Came in with a low tire air pressure reading. I did not have an appointment. After checking my tires they discovered I had a nail in my tire. Thankfully they checked to see if they would be able help me with this matter immediately and they got me right in. They gave me complete details of what was needed and completed my service in a very timely way. Although I have people say I would save money going elsewhere, I don't believe the service would be quite the same. Thanks ?

I choose Kerry Toyota over the other dealers that are closer because this place is a lot more organized and efficient. It’s easy to call and make an appointment and they are super quick. Plus the waiting area is really nice.

Appt was at 12:30 and got me in at 12:20. 30 minutes later I was on my way. Was just a 5000 mile checkup on 2022 Highlander Hybrid, so only rotated tires and checked things. Called on Monday and got in Tuesday. I waited 6 weeks at a Ford dealer to get a recall accomplished. Kudos to Toyota service.

I want to love this service department, but my last service was on a Saturday. Apparently I needed new filters, but never got a call about them. Then, when picking up, I didn't speak to the service advisor, I just paid at the check out desk. No one to review my service with me.Suggestion: don't schedule on a weekend if you can help it. Much better customer service on weekdays.

Always have great experience getting my car serviced here. Joey with the shuttle service is great so nice and good driver. Also front desk is always a pleasant experience and looks out for you! Makes me feel comfortable
