I was visiting in Kentucky on vacation. My EPC light came on my 2013 VW Jetta and the car became sluggish. Not knowing anyone in the area and knowing that I had to leave in just a couple days I called Kerry Volkswagen service. I spoke to Amy Wuest. She listenEd patiently and told me to bring my car in in the following morning. I did, they diagnosed it Within the hour, we got the necessary part and they fixed it all within 24 hours! They provided a shuttle for me to get a rental car so we could finish up our vacation and provided a shuttle back from the rental car to pick up my car. This company went above and beyond to help out a stranger in their area, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much. And for us, you made a problem much easier to resolve.

Very disappointed with Kerry Volkswagen Florence KY. Horrible customer service! I took Tiguan in to have my water pump replaced. After 5 days with no word from them - and me without a car- they called to say they damaged my radiator when taking out the water pump! They would have to order a new one and it would come in about a month but I would have a loaner. I picked up said loaner and after a month they called to say my car was ready. I picked up the car and drove it home. The next time I got in the car and drove it a EPC light came on while I was driving on the highway and my car lost significant power. Very dangerous situation. I had the EPC light come on many times before but only when I'd start my car. I was told by their service dept 3 years before this to just turn off the car and turn it back on and the code would be cleared. My car never had the EPC light come on while driving the car. But the first time I drive the car after I take it home from their repair shop this happens. I called the repair shop back and told them of the issue and they asked me to bring the car back in and gave me the loaner. After a week of not hearing from them they call my husband- not me- and told him they replaced the battery because the car had sat on their lot for a month and the battery had been affected. They also repaired the sensor issue but said it would cost us $100. When I talked to Joe- the service manager- he basically told me the new battery at no cost to us was a favor. Really? After the reason it had to be replaced was because my car sat on their lot for a month because their mechanic had damaged it's radiator when taking out the water pump?? He also said that Volkswagen asked to split the cost of the sensor part with us. Really? To repair an issue that had gotten significantly worse only after it was in their repair shop? Joe said the repair of the water pump and the radiator had nothing to do with the EPC light issue and it was just a coincidence that it got significantly worse right after my car was repaired there. In my opinion, this is a very BIG coincidence. So based on this whole experience, I'm NOT impressed by Kerry Volkswagen Florence in any way. I will not be returning nor will I or anyone in my family be referring anyone to their Florence dealership.

Tyler was wonderful! He found the Tiguan in the color I liked and went over all the features of my new car. The Tiguan is great! it's the smoothest, most quiet ride of any car I've ever driven. The inside is quality plus...roomy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrific experience - agreed on price - went to close on purchase and dealer added fee of $150 to etch VIN in windshield - told them we did not want they - used car manager said we had no choice even though work not done - we left - salesman called later that night to say they would remove fee - this was confirmed next morning - we said OK, we would take car - said we would be there by 6pm immediately after work - dealer called an hour later and said that someone else was coming by to look at car at 1pm and if they wanted the car, dealer would renege on their commitment to us and sell someone else - that deal feel through and they offered car to us - to make it worth our while, they offered a free "life time" warranty on car - we decided we would take car - upon arrival to buy, we signed initial paperwork in 15 minutes but had to wait for finance manager to sign loan papers - sat there for 1hour, 20 minutes as only customers in the building - no one gave any update on our closing - finally finance guy arrives (covering multiple sites) tells us it will be at least another 20 minutes - our salesman finally came back to his office to see us - we reminded him about warranty - finance guy told salesman that they could not offer warranty on car due to age - we walked out again - nothing but lies from these guys - interestingly enough, when I check online nearly a week later, car was still on their lot and listing noted that they were offering same warranty - the moral of this story is don't waste your time here!!!!!

I cant express how much unprofessional and incompetent the service department in Kerry Volkswagen Florence KY is, with a very unfriendly service manager (Joe), who as his manager Steve stated to me, he doesn't have experience with Volkswagen cars. I purchased an additional key for my car from this place and took my car there so that they program the new key I purchased from them, I was not informed that they need to program all the keys I own so when they programmed the new key, they disabled on of my existing ones which was working before. I went back and asked them to reprogram the key they disabled but they wanted to charge me $120 to reprogram a key they disabled it themselves. I also purchased a rain sensor from the same place and had them install it, which goes inside the rear mirror holder, 2 days later, I was surprised to see the rearview mirror hanging by the wires in the car, I took the car back to be fixed but they refused with the excuse that my windshield is an aftermarket one insinuating also that I might unhooked it myself. I don't know much about customer service but what I know, when you break something, you fix it and you don't treat your customers as suspects. Its my fault I went back there but I couldn't believe they don't even have the decency to fix something they caused it.

Extremely disappointed with the staff and service department at Kerry Volkswagen. I've never felt more unappreciated as a customer (2nd Passat purchased from this dealer, 4th VW I've leased or owned) than I do at Kerry Volkswagen! Performed routine oil change and tire rotation and tried to give the car back without fixing the "real"" problem, a seat belt light and chime that comes on constantly even though I am buckled in. This constant chime makes driving extremely annoying. They handed me the keys, said computer doesn't show any failure and the tech drove it 13 miles and didn't hear anything. Basically, I'm wrong, have a nice day. Totally unacceptable and poor service. I still have a failing car that is zero fun to drive and no "real" remedy other than the part needed is very rare and may take awhile to get as there is only one in the US! To top it off, no confidence that this fixes the problem and I'll be responsible for paying for it even if it doesn't fix the issue. I have zero confidence that they want to fIx the problem and or stand behind the brand and allow me too enjoy driving again! Avoid these rookie service neophytes!
