This is not my usual go to Kroger and stopped by to pick up something on my way home. It is a smaller store but still offered a great variety. I was greeted when I entered and several times as I shopped. It was impressive how well stocked and organized the store was on a holiday. It was busy but the employees were happy and helpful. I ended up getting a cart full of items. The fruits and vegetables were fresh and I didn't pick up any expired items (has been an issue lately). Also, it has been a couple days since my visit and my bananas have not turned black :)The checkout lines were full but moving quickly. The clerk was friendly and talking to her usual customers. She was reminding them of sales and asking how they were doing. I appreciate how nicely my items were bagged and placed in my cart. It was so refreshing to being in a friendly environment. I will be stopping back in there again!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. No hyperbole. So I go to redeem a few Walgreens fuel points coupons I'd accumulated over the past few weeks. So I mosy on down to Customer Service and give one of the associates my coupons (turns out she was actually the assistant manager). I had 6 fuel points coupons from Walgreens. Yeah, I'm there a lot. My wife is on multiple medications. Plus, it's a good excuse to buy their yogurt covered pretzels. They're addictive, and I suspect the pharmacy adds a habit-forming additive. But, I digress. So, she looks at my 6 coupons, and the employee next to her has the gall to tell her: 'I've never seen someone with that many at one time. Thats' suspicious.' Yeah, right in front of me! So I tell her, "So you're saying I stole these?' She walks off. So the assistant manager scans in 3 coupons, and then tells me that's all she can scan in one transaction. So, I say 'Well, can you redeem the other 3 in a separate transaction?' She says 'No.' I ask her why and she tells me, 'Because I'm the assistant manager and I said so.' My jaw dropped at her nerve, but she didn't get to see my shocked expression hidden under my pink floral mask. So I ask to speak to the store manager, and she tells me if I don't like it, I can call 1-800-KROGERS...then turns her back and walks away! Maybe I let a 'Kiss my a*** slip as I walked out of the store. As I was leaving, I passed 2 police officers in the entryway staring at me. I can only assume the associate who said that my coupon redemption was 'suspicious' called them. Made me regret the 'Kiss my a*** comment a little bit less. Actually, don't think I regret it at all between the time it took to travel from my lips to God's ears. Worst. Customer service. Ever.

Absolutely the worst Kroger store ever. Went there about 7PM on July 3rd. I went in to get a gallon of milk and a few other things. But, decided to pick up what I needed for the fourth of July do I didn't have to go back out the next day. So I got in the only line that was open I was fifth in line. After about 10 minutes they opened another lane. Two people ahead of me went over. Now I'm next. I start unloading my cart and the smug cashier says she's going to break. She told me I needed to get in the other line, which now has at least 7 people waiting. I told her she needed to be fired. So I rolled my cart to the produce and left it. I went up to customer service, but there were several in line. I went to my car and called. I told the store manager they needed to get their s*** together. Her excuse was they only have one cashier. That's great but, you have 4 people grocery shopping for pickup. You have about 6 employees walking around doing whatever. And you can't get one of them to do the job? I Also emailed corporate. I didn't hear anything for over a week. Then, they sent me an email saying they were glad to help resolve my issue.

This Kroger and management is awful. Produce always looks bad but not enough to warrant a bad review. However, I had to speak to a customer service clerk who was beyond rude to not only me, but also to the other employees! Completely unprofessional and anger inducing. I never ever want to be a Karen but she said I couldn't return EXPIRED food because of covid 19, even though on Kroger's website it states that expired food is an exception due to their freshness guarantee standard. Completely disgusted. I don't know how they haven't been shut down or given to new management yet.

The customer service in this Kroger is below the street! Even the clerks at the customer service desk are pitiful! Just a bad store location all around.

Kroger really has a problem having food in the store, always out of what I need. Will be going to Meijer from now on
