From an outsiders perspective (New York) this is a solid grocery store. It's easily enough to find what you need on your first visit. Staff is friendly. I like that there were some local brands I hadn't had before (specifically some local sausages and brats).

Kroger Kroger Kroger. The 90's Kroger that was better managed would love to have a word with you. Not even sure where to start here. Let's begin with the price gouging going around company wide on all products. When the COVID shutdowns were going on the excuse was "issues with the supply chain". Fair enough, I guess. But that issue has been resolved. And the prices are ever higher. And keep going up and up and UP!Don't even think about buying meat here. There are so many other places you can visit that do not price gouge their meat prices (not as much as Kroger anyways). The amount of unsold meat going to waste due to price gouging must be enormous. Prices keep going up, not down. Guess the executives need the funds to pay for their fifth yachts or something. Corporate greed is ruining Kroger. On to the bathrooms... OMG. Does anyone ever clean these? This is not the only location with this issue (Looking at you Mt Zion Rd and Union KY). I get you want to under staff your stores to increase corporate profits, but taking shortcuts with less staffing resulting in filthy restrooms is no excuse. Does the Health Dept need to be notified of the unsanitary conditions in your restrooms? I get you don't want to pay your people a fair wage (can't cut into corporate profits now, can we?) but if the staffing issues are not intentional, then Pay Your People More and hire more staff. Kroger 1990's:Awesome place to work and shop (yes, I worked for Kroger in the 1990's)Kroger Now: Corporate GreedPrice GougingUnsanitary bathroomsShort StaffingLow wagesTime to boycott this UnAmerican company or has our country gone down the hill so much that the above negatives are the new norms? Only time will tell.

This is the worst experience on a Kroger's Curbside that I've ever had. I have never been a fan of the curbside pick ups when it comes to groceries because of this same reason but this day I had a really busy day and needed some groceries for dinner since friends where coming over so for the sake of saving time I did it online. That night I was planning a steak dinner with a homemade chimichurri sauce, baked potatoes and a salad on the side. The herbs for the chimichurri sauce (cilantro and parsley) where at the bottom of the bag with other groceries on top and they didn't even had the plastic bags from the products area. The cilantro was gooey, muddy, wet, it was a mess. The parsley was mostly alright, but all the mess from the cilantro got mixed up with the parsley... I couldn't use the cilantro since more than half of it was unusable so no sauce for the steaks. The lettuce that they gave me, half of it was burnt, brown, and the leaf where falling into pieces when I opened it. Complete disappointment!

This store is way to busy so even though I live near it, I'm going to Union or Mt Zion. My worst pet peeve is the carts. All the cart wheels are torn up. You might as well be pushing a cart without wheels though the store. I'm worn out after shopping there. I think it stems from the wheel breaks that are activated when leaving the parking lot. However I am only using the cart in the store and in their immediate parking area. I suppose they've had a lot of carts stolen. My suggestion is to hire a maintenance person to repair carts and replace wheels. The staff are so overworked they appear to have bad morale. One told me at checkout that all she earns there after many years is $17 an hour. One yelled at me for picking up the divider on the conveyor belt at checkout ! Other newer cashiers are in need of customer service training and never talk to you but gripe with others about their lot in life. I only keep going back here to find an item that seems not to be stocked anymore. Cashiers used to ask if you found everything. But if you said what it was, they just would say sorry. I plan to shop elsewhere since the shopping experience is miserable. I have found their pickup service to be great though. This really used to be the best Krogers in this vicinity. Considering all the out of state interstate customers they receive, they ought to polish up their image.

Never has what I come in for, either have to find a replacement, which I did for everything I came for today, never has a register open after like 9, which makes self checkout take forever with a line down aisles. There’s no service desk, so when self checkout breaks or runs out of money, they have to shut down the individual stations, which holds it up even longer. What happened to Kroger? Used to be customer oriented. Used to be 24 hours, now closes at 11 pm. Prices have in

We stopped in here for a few items while we were in the Florence area. We picked up some snacks and drinks and a few other things and this like most Kroger's was solid option. They had everything we needed I had a huge scan so we can get in and out quickly and he got the job done

The one on Mall Rd, Florence Kentucky.... Lack of customer service is astounding. After 10pm there IS no customer service. There was an item I could not reach and NO one available to reach it for me. I asked at checkout (waited in line 18 minutes because there was only 1 cashier) if someone could get it for me. I was told I could pay for what I had, leave it at the front of the store and go find someone to get it for me then use the self checkout. I went to the service desk to request assistance (I have a mobility challenge) but it closed at 10p. Seems when a person with a disability requests some assistance, a way could be found. Use the Ft. Mitchell or Union store if you must go to Kroger.
