Kroger wine a spirits made me feel really uncomfortable it seem like when u was searching for my item I was getting watched and followed. When I walk towards the counter she was watch the cameras and I’m the only one in the store besides another employee,then she kept asking for id after I told her I wasn’t done shopping so I went back to the isle the other employee met me in the same isle acting like she was doing something so I walk back towards the counter the employee behind the counter back watching the camera again I just felt an racist vibe there I will never spend a dime there again

Had a variety of items and many things on clearance. Saw a police officer that appeared to be on duty working at the store. Very odd but that is what America is; an unsafe haven of criminals. So glad he was there to deter crime.

Most of your staff is friendly. Delaney was snarky and rude. Her tone of voice is absolutely disgusting. Its like us customers asking a simple question is a burden to her. Disappointed. Very, VERY disappointed. This location definitely needs to look into new management, because an attitude like hers will certainly drive customers away and money from the company's pocket! Hope this helps!

The deli is slow it took me a hour long to get my stuff and the bathrooms are nasty and the employees as a register don’t do their job. They’re always on the phone.

I placed a chicken order for a work luncheon and when we arrived to pick up the order, we were told they ran out of chicken and would give us a credit. Unacceptable, when the order was placed well in advance!! I attempted to reach the store Manger, and was continually placed on hold! I will never use Kroger again for a big order and have my employees waiting in line to get their lunch! Kroger...you failed!

Very pleased with the store manager at this location named Harley. I had an ongoing issue and she listened to my concerns and made it right!! She has restored Kroger's integrity (especially this location) in my opinion!

I don't understand why this kroger refuses to clean the feces off the railing in the bathroom by the bank (1st bathroom) as it's been there for days that I've seen. I also noticed yesterday (I went in after him) the security officer used that same bathroom and peed all over the seat, the first one being the women's bathroom and it was too much for him to lift the seat (typical male). I guess kroger hates women too.

I came too many time , one employee work on the customer care I don’t think that’s enough , there’s always long line , I don’t have to wait 30 minutes at Least , have to be 2 person on the customer care , hopefully you guys take it serious
