Stephanie at La-Z-boy was very friendly and helped me find the perfect gliding rocker. It was delivered with care and the fabric I chose looks beautiful! The delivery men adjusted my chair so that it was easier for me to put it in the reclining position. I am very happy with my new chair!

The designers and sales persons I worked with at Lazyboy were extremely helpful and assured that I got the best possible price for my new dining set. I had looked around for awhile before going to Lazyboy. They were my final stop as they had quality furniture at reasonable prices. I wil definitely be back soon to replace living room and family room furniture.

The first time I went into the showroom I spoke with a manager and she was so helpful with showing recliners and so I bought one. I decided to get another so I went back the next day because the manager had said to order another one before Saturday so they go on the same order and I would have to pay another delivery fee. A salesperson that I spoke to the second time wasn't very friendly and she called the manager but she didn't leave a message and no one ever got back to me. So I guess I'll buy a second recliner someplace else. This is my very first experience with lazy boy and I don't think I'll go back.
