Took my phone here years ago after I had issues with it being unable to charge even after I cleaned it. Took about a month to get it back and then over the course of a couple weeks, it rapidly deteriorated to that state again. More recently, I brought them a limited edition video game controller that was suffering from stick drift on the right thumbstick. After about 3 weeks I received no notification saying it was ready and asked them roughly how much longer I would have to wait, only to get a reply saying it was done. After bringing it home, I immediately noticed they replaced both thumbsticks. The right one is fine at the moment, but now the left one goes in a different direction from where I directed it. For example, pushing it straight upwards sends it to the top right. I lacked the time, tools, and space to do this myself and payed 4 times the amount it would have cost me to do so, but figuring it out myself would probably be quicker, cheaper, and reliable.

I took my iPhone S3 in for battery replacement. After the replacement, the phone would shut down without warning even on a full charge. Furthermore, the replacement at Quick Fix disabled the battery status information. Because of the unexplained, random shutdowns, I had to take it to an Apple service point and they discovered that the battery was replaced incorrectly and the phone was essentially ruined. I purchased a new phone because the proper repair would have cost more.

They have saved me twice now. Once on my laptop. The next time on my iPhone. I thought my iPhone was trashed. It ended up being a $80 screen repair. I’ve always dealt with Andrew, but the entire staff seems friendly, and accommodating.

Great group of people! Very knowledgeable. This is the place to get a computer from whether you are on a budget and just need something inexpensive and pre-owned refurbished, you need a new computer or a custom built monster for gaming or work. I've been that customer for each end of that over the years and have always been taken care of like family. Just bought 2 custom built rigs that I use for work and am super impressed with the quality of the build.
