I had such a great experience at LensCrafters on Mall Road in Florence, KY! Dr. Bell and his team were extremely helpful from start to finish. The eye exam was thorough, and they made the whole process of picking out the perfect glasses simple and stress-free. I was amazed that my new glasses were ready within just a few hours! The staff is friendly, professional, and truly care about their patients. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location if you’re looking for eye exams, glasses, or eyewear in Florence, KY.

Heyyy, I had an amazing experience with LensCrafters. They helped my husband and me with the frame selections according to our taste and face cuts, and were really helpful throughout. My previous glasses were broken and I needed new glasses as soon as possible, they were so understanding that they offered me to get my new glasses within a day instead of waiting for the 5-7 day period. I am really thankful to them and would definitely recommend them to all 😊

Been a while since I've been to an eye doctor. I think they did very well. They even showed me my eye. The doctor explain everything. I don't know what the young ladies were called but were never called the nurses. They did very well too. Helping me pick out new frames.

Angela is such a pleasure to work with whenever I come in! She is well versed in her knowledge, explains the process as she is doing your fitting, makes sure you're comfortable and confident in your decisions. She is an absolute sweetheart and always makes for a great experience!

This is for the store manager that bent up my $1200 pair of Oakley frames by “adjusting” them at the hinge and then telling me she was an expert. I’ve worn glasses for 40 years and that makes me an expert too and I never make adjustments at the hinge. Customer service here has gone way down hill. I use to like coming here but the last 2 times has been BS. I think I’ll go elsewhere

Kristin was amazing, it was my first time ordering rx sunglasses and she helped me find the perfect pair of Coach frames.

Just disappointing. We have been customers for years but lately the staff has went downhill. Walking in with the staff ignoring us. I then went to get my prescription and the lens prescription was backwards. They were unable to help since that particular doctor switched practices. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

Excellent experience
Megan was very patient and knowledgeable. It was getting close to closing time when I made my selections for glasses but she didn't rush. The other lady working was very friendly as well.
