I mainly deal with Mary at the office and Joe for delivery. They have been 100% helpful in answering questions and sorting out everything i needed when I moved to Kentucky. I am very thankful to have them in my Healthcare journey. Keep up the good work and thank you

I had received a portable concentrator and it did not work. I called the florence office to get a new one and they ordered one and brought it to me in person within a week. Absolutely really appreciated the customer service . Was very good. Thank you this was at the Florence office
