Shabby, poorly staffed, out of date clothes, poor selection of shoes & and not a soul to help. The handbags section is hideous, with out of season choices and ugly selections they most likely can't even give away.
This Macy's must be an "F" store. The store is the red haired step child that nobody loves. If I want to shop at Macy's, I drive Kenwood in Cincinnati.
