  I booked with Rachel and I had the best experience, she was super sweet, communication was amazing, and I had a great time. Oh and my hair looks amazing 🤭 look at the before and after photos ✨ edit: the color matching she did was incredible as well! she really made this experience incredible, don't walk, RUN to this salon and book immediately if you are looking for quality work

  Mens haircut on the website includes a shampoo cut extra rinse and style. After my husband was seen he let me know he only got the haircut nothing else paid full price plus a tip and has a large patch of hair missed on the back of his head. We will not be coming back and will not recommend this place to anyone.
  
  Edit to add based on the response given: my husband cannot see the back of his head he had no idea there was a large patch of hair uncut and he was unaware of the extra services that were meant to be provided since I scheduled his appointment. I would not trust this salon to rectify this.

  Kayla is AMAZING!! Because of a medical condition, I keep my hair short, and for many years hated my hair because of the length. Now, I love it thanks to the cut and style Kayla has given me. Thank you!

  I booked a last minute appointment with stylist Kayla and she did a wonderful job with my highlights and haircut! I seriously feel like a million bucks and the price was extremely reasonable as far as hair goes!

  The ladies are amazing and Bre does the best fantasy color work I've seen in Northern Kentucky. Highly recommend the business as a whole, you can't go wrong with any appointment.

  If possibly I would give this place 0 stars, the hair stylist was nice but I the results of her work is horrible. I called the Manager Danyele to explain the problem and she provided a horrible customer service. She told me there is nothing they can do for me and that it was MY fault that the color did not turned out the way I wanted. I paid 140 dollars for a service I did not received. Stay away from this place

  This is the worse hair salon ever. My daughter went to get her hair dye red. The hairstylist never offer her to dry her hair or bruch her hair. I personally call to complain about my daughter who is a minor and the Manager have the nerve to tell me that she doesn't need to talk to me about my daughter. If you are looking for a quality hair salon avoid this place at all cost possible.

  I came in today looking to get a brown copper since my hair is already dark and I wanted a new style. I loved the place and I felt okay throughout the process, however the end results didn’t meet my expectations. I came out with a darker reddish hair color and on my receipt said “extra color or lighter” which was $40. The stylist did okay and mentioned me AT THE VERY END that bleach was not needed since she couldn't “light out my hair because it was too dark” I felt force to pay, she should’ve said that at the beginning of the process that way I could’ve gone to a different place. I respect her knowledge but we didn’t get to the results I wanted. I decided to pay full price because I found it useless to argue but I was sad I hope something can be done about it.
