Maurices is a store that customers love. The Florence location is noted for being clean and displayed wonderfully. Employees are consistently described as very helpful, friendly, kind, patient, and amazing, providing instant greetings and assistance. The store offers a teacher discount. A smart concept of providing a short-term coupon for in-store use after an online return motivates additional shopping. However, a significant point of feedback is that the store hours are not very convenient. The mall stays open until 9 PM, but Maurices closes at 7 PM, even on Fridays. This early closing time has left customers extremely upset and surprised, feeling the store is missing out on a lot of business from those who work later. The request is for hours to extend until at least 8 PM.
Miriam (idk if this is how you spell it) at the Florence storeis 10/10 AMAZING!!!! She was so kind and patient with both myself and my mother in law who is very hard of hearing. She deserves a promotion!!

I went to the Florence mall location on Monday evening and the two girls working were so kind and helpful. I was greeted instantly and helped by both of them. The store was clean and displayed wonderfully with I was able to get the teacher discount and get some great stuff the upcoming school year.
