Florence store is about an hour from my home and where I do most of my business, I have made the drive twice to pick up items that say online they are in stock at store only to get there and items are out of stock. Tonight I was needing a part for a job, that online stated there was one in stock. So I called the store prior to making the drive. Customer service told me they didn’t have time to go look, if it says online it’s available it is. I do several thousand dollars a year through your store from here on Home Depot will be getting my business. Poor service

I went into the store today with my husband. We initially came in there to buy some siding for our old farmhouse but ended up patrolling in most of the store. As a plant mom I went out and noticed they had a sale going on on all their shrubs and trees (75%off) I grabbed up two bushes that needed some tlc and two topiary bushes that were extremely dry. There was slim pickings but nonetheless we made our way to pay. The first two bushes rang up appropriately but the topiary bushes were ringing up $17.00 . I paid for everything in my cart and got a second opinion at the help desk with the two that were 17 dollars. The lady informed me that they were considered an “indoor plant” so I googled the plant name which stated it was an outdoor shrub. They did not revisit the price even though everything in their garden area was dying including the mums and it isn’t a house plant so it should have been 75% off as well.

Stopped in to get some paint today and waited for someone to help me but no one ever did. Someone from flooring came over after a couple customers besides myself was looking for help. He said the person in charge of the paint was up front running a register. He had NO CLUE about paint. I'm sorry but if a department head needs to leave, someone in management needs to step in and fill his/her position while away. I spend it ton of money there and today had to make a special trip to Lowe's to get paint. By the way, when I went up front to purchase the items in my cart besides the paint, there was no one in line. Go figure.

The shopping experience was fine, BUT we bought washer about 2-3 years ago, bought microwave about year ago, dishwasher about 6 months ago and dryer, the criterion brand is horrible the warranty has expired and the dryer I got few months ago got lost or whatever so they let us take the Maytag dryer, and the dryer is still working great! You definitely get what u pay for lesson learned**I’ll never buy any kind of appliance from them ever again, oh and when u need help at paint desk there’s nobody there and and we had some kid working there and called so we waited seems like a lifetime to still no help?
The end!! What a nightmare!!!

Normally it's too notch my problem is I just tried. Calling them because I left some items on the checkout cabinet last night but the message says the store closes at 9 p.m.M-S . Here's the thing I got there last night at 9:46 and shopped with the assistance of at least 3 employees and hit the checkout just before 10p.m.. receipt says 9:54 p.m. to be exact.Even their own website has them being open till 10 p.m. today ?? Dont know what's up . Message didn't say "our new hours are ..." Anyway just felt compelled to tell this story , in case you run out of things to think about later ..... T.M.
