No problem with Metro been with them for years.
This store though, I'll never go back. The gentleman running the place in my opinion is nothing but a liar and a thief. Not only didn't get the phone I wanted he wouldn't add to my existing account . Now paying on two separate accounts. Also was told the phone I was getting is much better phone but you don't like it bring it back no problem we get you phone you want. I followed all guide lines on receipt to return phone but he got on his little computer and cause I had gone over some ridiculous amount of talk time that wasn't mentioned on return policy on receipt that he couldn't do anything and proceeded to try to sell me the phone I wanted in the first place with a different plan. This guy had me so ticked off by this time my wife told me we are better off cutting our losses and leaving before I could even argue the ridiculous talk time that I haven't reached on the phone I had for five years.
Hate to see a good service loose a devoted customer of over ten years because of the actions of one man at an authorized dealer.

Bought two Motorola G Power 2023 yesterday, and regret the purchases. Junk phones. No NFC, cameras are mediocre, phone is laggy. I specifically asked the gentleman which phones they had that were better than mine. He clearly wasn't paying attention. Don't waste your money on their phones.
