This location has damaged two of my vehicles this year. They denied both of course. The first occurred in January. I was shocked at the amount of damage (paint chipped to the silver metal) on my hood, roof, trunk lid and both sides of my car. When I got home, I thought it was dried soap. I went to wipe it off that night and discovered it was not soap by the silver metal showing. I visited the location the next morning to file the claim and was surprised to learn the wash itself was closed due to "maintenance" with two Mikes trucks there. I asked about the maintenance and they didn't say what was being done....odd. I filed a claim then and Mike's sent their generic letter within a week refusing that their location caused it. Since I had a car wash book, I decided to take my other vehicle there on September 17th. There were two vehicles in front of me and I noticed that, as we were waiting to enter, the car wash itself was not running and there were two employees looking at the spinning equipment on the left side. At this point, I couldn't do anything since I was in line. When I got out the other side of the wash, I saw similar damage to the paint on the left side of my hood/side of car as well as what looks like 3-4 gouges in the top of the grill...all on the left side. I filed a claim and received the same generic letter several days later. When I filed the claim at the location and stated I saw the two employees inside, the employee looked nervous and had someone else come out to finish the paperwork. The employee asked me if I have my vehicle cleaned other places to which I confirmed I do not.....odd they would ask that unless they know what car wash damage looks like. Additionally, Mike's claims to video record everything and review the video on all claims. There is simply no way they do this. The damage to both vehicles is similar so there is no question. I keep my vehicles in great condition so having paint chipped down to the silver metal is caused by their equipment.Avoid this place!

It's not bad for a quick wash and the car looked very clean but the water streaks were all over but that's not bad for the price and you can always wipe the car down and vaccuum after the wash.

Service is great, car wash was way too expensive for the amount of dirt that was still on my car after paying for an "Ultimate" wash.

On Friday, September 9th around 8pm I took my last Mike's carwash ride. As any other time, I pull onto the track but to hear and feel the crunch of my front end hit something. I could see the faces of multiple employees that told me something bad had happened. I got out to confirm the front bumper had ripped and somehow hung on a portion of the entrance track. After exit the employees do a clearance check to confirm the height of my vehicle is and applies to their standards. A formal report was done and state that someone will be in touch in 2-3 business days. Before I leave I was approached by another employee stating the car wash had recently been worked on, and a portion of the track had been replaced. Over a week goes by to receive a letter in the mail from from Janeese Sarrazin (Customer claims manager) Stating the damage didn't happened there. You can imagine what this felt like. I'm a car guy. It's important to me to have a nice, clean car. Now my car is wrecked and I'm being told it is previous damage, good luck, Janneese (claims manager), hopes that I will continue to be customer, and return for business in the future. What a sad and disappointing reply. On Mikes car wash website they mention the word INTEGRITY. This means communicating in an honest and direct manner, holding yourself accountable, and treating others with the respect they deserve. I feel this company does not represent or conduct business as such. They have absolutely not shown integrity in my experience.

I’ll first start with I have been an avid and loyal customer of Mike’s car washes for years. I’ve been an unlimited ultimate customer on multiple vehicles for many of those years. I’ve taken hundreds of trips through their car washes. I run through the Florence location anytime I’m in the area and have the chance. I have always had a pleasant experience and have enjoyed being a member. But not this day.On Friday, September 9th around 8pm I took my last Mike’s carwash ride. I pulled up, as many other times with my Tesla performance model 3, pull onto the track, to hear and feel the crunch of my front end hit something. Over a week goes by to receive a letter in the mail from from Janeese Sarrazin (Customer claims manager) Stating the damage didn’t happened there. You can imagine what this felt like. I’m a car guy. It’s important to me to have a nice, clean car. Now my car is wrecked and I’m being told it is previous damage, good luck, Janneese (claims manager), hopes that I will continue to be customer, and return for business in the future. What a sad and disappointing reply.I then phoned Janneese Sarrazin and we discussed further the details, I was sure she didn’t know, and as explained in the paragraph above. She asked me if I had the availability to meet the general manager, Phil Phaulski, at the Florence location at 10am the following Saturday. I agree.I show up 5 minutes early make contact with another employee at this location stating Phil Phaulski is busy and will be with me shortly. I and another wait until 10:40 to talk with Phil. 40 minutes late for our scheduled appointment. He looks the car over, I’m assuming to make sure it’s a nice car, meet me, the damaged is as described, and the height is acceptable. He then takes a knee at the damaged area to ask the same questions that had been previously discussed. Also asking if I’ve made recent changes to my vehicle and starting to pass the blame, to me, the owner of the vehicle. He confirmed it was on video surveillance cameras and confirmed his employees had saw what had happened but continued making me feel it’s as though I did something wrong. Won’t continue further but the general manager Phil Phaulski at this location couldn’t even look me in the eye as this all took place. He also confirmed he is the individual that maintains and services the establishment and he could assure me nothing was wrong at this location. This same month a problem with a hose, at this location damaged over 30 vehicles. Some claims being completely denied and other claims being partially denied due to mikes car wash policy, of any components other than factory or any altered components somehow dismiss any of the negligence of this facility. On Mikes car wash website they mention the word INTEGRITY. This means communicating in an honest and direct manner, holding yourself accountable, and treating others with the respect they deserve. I feel this company does not represent or conduct business as such. They have absolutely not shown integrity in my experience. This is not all about the money. I’ve already started the necessary repairs and purchasing parts that were damaged because it was ultimately damaged in their facility from a potentially faulty change that was recently made. All I was asking for was for them to do right by their wrong to a customer that has spent thousands with them over the years. What a sad outcome and a lesson to be learned for every customer and employee that works for Mikes Carwash.

If you need to clean your car out you can use the trashcan for free. The vacuum will cost but is under $5 for 1 use and goes for several minutes. Good suction & range also. The car wash is pretty pricey depending on what you'd like. We got 1 up from the lowest & it was in the low 30's for 1 wash. The car is put on a track & takes you through the wash. There's annual passes if you're into that kind of thing & several different washes to choose from. The lowest was in the 20s but some are over 40 bucks.Just a little pricey on the wash for me & I felt pressured into selecting quickly. It was my first time getting a wash so I wasn't familiar w/ the washes & what each included, or prices. I just wish it wasn't like a sausage factory & was more personable so customers that are new to it all feel more welcomed. This was a few months ago. I haven't been back; I went to a do it yourself wash on 42 last wash because I didn't want to feel pressured into a decision w/out reading all options.

Carwash was great wasn't impressed with the tire shine that slung all over my truck for 3 days after the wash. It also left a nasty residue on my rims that I brought to their attention. Courtney did a phenomenal job at making things right. Thanks Courtney for your dedication it shows above others. Thanks Mike's for a great wash as always.

Great way to keep your vehicle clean. They don't clean the inside of your car. I like the undercarriage clean. It keeps mud and salt off the underside of the car.

To my surprise they charge 2 dollars extra for vacuums. Every car wash I've ever been to, across the country, the vacuums are part of the car wash price. If I had known before paying their top dollar selection I would have not paid for a car wash. My bad I assumed all car washes included the vacuum. Although not much I have no idea if the time limit on the 2 dollar vacuum is sufficient to do the whole car without having to rush around to get it all vacuumed before it shuts off.

Used to love going there until the other day. Woman in front of me drove in and when pulling out tire was on the rim (picked up a nail through the carwash) then when I pulled out I drove to the back as I always do and dry off the rest of my truck. While drying the tailgate I see multiple scratches (between 10 and 15) all over my tailgate. Mike's send me a letter saying that it was not there fault that my brand new truck was all scratched up from their wash. Will not be going back, nor recommending and will try to stop everyone I know from going back. If I could of given no stars I would have

Can't say I'd recommend this place. First time customer and the reviews are real about this one. Went to get a wash and by the time it settled, my car was covered in so much soap that it blocked my back window. Had to get a second wash elsewhere to get my car clean. Not going back regardless of what they have to offer and would recommend everyone avoid this place.

The cars fly through this wash. I usually have dirt still on the vehicle. Sadly it's a hassle if you need to go back through. The prices are high too. On a good note...the staff seem nice.

Would have been 5 stars if the carwash hadn't broken down with a massive line. BUT the employees handled it like champs and got everyone refunded and gave out coupons. My kids loved being able to take their car wash artwork home instead of it being washed away.

Excellent customer service. We got back from a 3000 mile drive and our car was COVERED in bugs. They soaked the front, then scrubbed them all off before we went through the carwash. We'll be back again and I'd recommend them to anyone.
