Gosh! If you like the smell of cigarettes and the smoke and the products smelling also, go there! You will be in heaven if you go there!! The Women smoking talking to me! Very low sense of polite, educated costumer service!
I almost had an asma attach and left the place as soon as the lady spoke to me! Horrible place! I will try never to go there again!

Phyllis and team are awesome! We have been using Minuteman Press in Florence for our printing needs since we opened our restaurant two years ago. They do a great job of designing and printing everything we bring to them! Special menus, business cards, flyers, coupons, and even magnets! They have specifically designed items with our logo and can do custom sizes. Everything has turned out great. The customer service is great. They always work to meet our deadlines....even when we bring things last minute.

Chastity helped me out in a BIG way after VistaPrint lost my order. She walked me through the specs for my flyer design, explained paper options, and communicated project status throughout the day. Quick review to highlight outstanding customer service. My fiancé and I have been working on sending out our Save the Date cards, and Dawn and the rest of the Minuteman team have been incredibly helpful! We've gone back and forth with them for a few weeks trying to get all of the details ironed out with a very specific type of paper. When they didn't have the paper we wanted, they offered to print on whatever type of paper we brought in ourselves. Unfortunately, their printer wasn't able to handle the vellum we were using because it was too thin, but they still offered to cut the vellum to size if we printed it at home. This was a HUGE help - considering it would have taken us hours to cut 75 sheets of paper to 5x7 size by hand. The prices are also spot on ... and the quality is fantastic! We're so excited to send these out ... and so thankful that we were working with a team that wanted to help us make sure the cards were exactly how we wanted them. We'll definitely be going back to Minuteman to print our formal invitations in a few months as well!
