Beware.. Purchased a couch recently and pick it up myself. When we went to screw in the legs one of the metal threads pushed into couch. Leg will not attach. After repeated phone, text and emails they will not fix because I did not purchase extended warranty. What has happen to companies standing behind their products? This is a manufacturing problem they should be address with no charge. I will never purchase anything from this company in the future.

Never again will I buy anything from here. Spent over $5000 on kitchen table and chairs. They delivered them broke. They took them back and a couple weeks later deliver a table that was worse than the first one, tried again and I took it just to be done with it. The server they delivered had a corner broken off and was glued back on. Got that replaced. The 8 chairs we got were not level so I fixed that. Jeez what else you might ask? Well if you bought so much you got to pick out an item for free. I chose the robot vacuum cleaner. After a few weeks I called the place that send the vacuum to you. They said they don't show we were supposed to get on and said just have the store send another invoice showing we are to get and they will send it. So I call the store, actually I called the salesman because you can't get anyone to answer the phone at the store. He says let me look into it. About a week later still ain't heard anything so I call the salesman again. He said he will see what he can do. I hate when they say I'll see what I can do. So we go round and round about this vacuum, I tell them again the place said just send another invoice saying im supposed to get it. They must not understand what I am saying. This goes on for a few days. Finally talk to the Asst GM. He says they are gonna give me an in store credit. I say after all this BS do you really think I want anything from here? So after a few more days back and forth I said take the I store credit and I will just get 2 more dining room chairs, he said he will make that happen. That was last week. I called him and no answer so I text and he says he is not at work today and will find out about them when he gets back to office. That was last Tuesday and today in Monday. I text him last Friday and re reply. I texted again today and no reply, I called him and no answer, I called the store and still no one answers. Now this has been going on since the middle of November. I con not understand how this is so hard. If I ever get the chairs which I am starting to get to think I'm not i will never again do business with them. It is beyond ridiculous. But ok will be a thorn in their side until I get tired of it or they decide to live up to their end of the bargain. I'm living up to mine. I believable. I can't even find the words to explain what this experience has been besides a complete cluster, total failure and a disaster. That's the way to describe it.

To summarize: DO NOT BUY FROM MORRIS HOME IN FLORENCE, KY. We paid nearly $5,000 for a power reclining couch and loveseat and were told it would be delivered within 6-8 weeks at a maximum. We were also told the power reclining components AND the phone charging tray could be powered by a separate battery kit, which we could purchase there to have delivered with the furniture. Of course 8 weeks goes by with no update. We call the store multiple times for multiple days and no one answers. Finally get in touch with Matthew on his personal line (on his business card) and he tells us the couch would arrive on Jan. 14. That is 13 weeks from the date of purchase/order. By some stroke of pure luck, the couches arrived the day before we needed them (still took 10 weeks.) Of course the battery did not get delivered with the furniture as promised, so on Christmas Eve we had couches but none of the features worked. Annoying, but not a huge deal. We went round and round with Matthew to get the battery pack we paid $200+ for and waited a week or two for that. All good, right? No. The battery pack he sold us only powered the recline feature, not the phone charging feature as he assured us it would when we made our original purchase. Then the real fun started. We called and called (both the store and Matthew's cell) for weeks and were given the run around that they were trying to track down the right battery, blah, blah, blah. We made multiple trips to the store to try and sort it out in person and were continually lied to that they tried to reach out via call/text. Never happened. Come to find out, after weeks and weeks of deception and lies, MORRIS DOES NOT CARRY/SELL THE BATTERY NEEDED TO POWER THIS COUCH. We were totally duped into buying these couches that Morris themselves could not even fully power. After multiple trips to the store meeting with various managers (Juan, Jordan, etc.) who would each just blame each other as soon as the other walked away, they gave us a $300 credit because I guess that's what the imaginary battery should cost? At that point we were so tired of dealing with them and hearing their excuses that we just walked away. So now we have to do a bunch of research to figure out what kind of cordless battery we can buy (on top of the one we have for the reclining feature) that can power this phone charging tray. It was an absolute nightmare working with Morris--specifically Matthew and Juan--and I would be remiss if I didn't share this to save someone else the time and hassle to ultimately end up NOT being able to use all the features of their furniture.

Our loveseat was delivered on time! We love it! Jasmine Brewer provided us with excellent customer service. She answered questions completely and honestly. We appreciate the support she provided in our purchase process. We love the delivery app. It was accurate and provided up to date information.

I recently had an extremely disappointing shopping experience. The salesperson misrepresented the furniture as solid wood, but upon arrival, it was damaged, clearly revealing that it was not as described. Efforts to contact customer service were initially met with silence. When I finally connected with them, their solutions were unsatisfactory, offering either a repair by a technician or a partial refund if I kept the defective product. Surprisingly, they had no replacements for the damaged item.Furthermore, the promise of free doorstep delivery was unfulfilled, as I was inexplicably charged $100 for this "complimentary" service. The situation worsened when I attempted to return the falsely advertised product. They insisted on a 25% return fee. It took two weeks of persistent communication to convince them to process a full refund, which they delayed inexplicably. Eventually, I received my refund, only to find an additional, unexplained charge of $105. This entire ordeal was frustrating and far below my expectations.

My family and I spent days looking for the perfect sectional sofa. This was our second trip to a Morris Furniture and we spent hours comparing and picking our favorite. During our visit, Jasmine and Martha helped us with customizing the sofa to fit our space. They were very patient while we picked the perfect fabric and pillows for our new sectional. We are very happy with our experience at Morris Home Furniture in Florence and highly recommend them!

Don't waste your time or money with this company. I bought a couch and love seat 2 years ago and got the insurance. The wire for the recliner broke and the USB port is faulty. Morris will only do anything if it's within a year of purchase, and Protect All has taken over 3 months and counting to get this fixed. Two technicians have been scheduled to come out and both have canceled. One was a no call no show the other blamed on car trouble. I have been getting nothing but a run around with no end in site. AGAIN, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Absolutely love our new dining table set that we purchased. Loved working with Jasmine, who assisted us through the entire process, from choosing the right table to meet our needs, to completing the ordering process. She explained everything so clearly to us, which was greatly appreciated. This was our first time purchasing furniture at Morris, and we will definitely be a repeat customer.

I want to start by saying that Wayne and Dymond are two of the most amazing and helpful sales associates Ive ever encountered. Having said that, everything else about this company is nothing short of atrocious. During Covid, we bought a complete bedroom set ($6000) and after 13 months of no delivery, we cancelled our order. Fast forward to a few months ago, we went back to look into a couch my wife liked and we saw the same bedroom set so we bought both ($10,000 collectively). The bed set was delivered 5 times either missing pieces or having broken pieces in the order. We finally cancelled the order on the last attempt. The couch was delivered with the wrong railing so our sectional doesn’t fit together. We had a technician out to assess and he said the parts would be ordered and the office would reschedule him to fix it. We have waited 2 months and tried multiple times trying to get a technician back out with no response. Don’t bother trying to call in. They don’t answer the phone. You have to physically go into the building to speak to someone which I plan to do today. It’s not worth the markup you pay to buy from this store. Go to furniture fair right down the road and save yourself the frustration.

Wow. Completely outstanding customer service with Lewis, Joe, and Wayne at the Florence location. They go above and beyond. I can’t recommend those three enough. Incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, with the kind of patience you just don’t see anymore. Do yourself a favor, and find Wayne on the Ashley side, or Joe and Lewis on the Morris side!
